Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment with the ability to quickly learn new technology 0-2 years of project management experience, in pharmaceutical advertising or medical education Expertise of project management techniques with a proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk mitigation, hours and reporting Ability to lead and manage multiple projects and project coordinators Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to “think on your feet” and resolve issues quickly with little to no direction from supervisors; makes good judgments and renders solid decisions Experience with the pharmaceutical business medical-legal regulations process preferred Familiarity and proficiency with the principles of emotional intelligence Excellent administrative and computer skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of basic project management software Salary Range: INR 850,000 - 1,100,000 8.5 - 11 LPA What We Offer At BGBx, we invest in our people because exceptional talent drives exceptional work.
