About the Role DashMart Kitchens is looking for a motivated and experienced individual who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments and is excited to lead from the front. As a Kitchen Shift Lead , you will have shift-level responsibility for kitchen execution within a shared DashMart facility. You will lead Kitchen Operations Associates and Shift Coordinators during your shift, ensuring food quality, safety, cleanliness, order accuracy, and operational excellence. The purpose of a Technology Specialist I role is responsible for the full lifecycle of end-user computing devices at our TIW warehouse facility. This includes preparing and deploying new devices for onboarding, collecting and processing devices at offboarding, and maintaining accurate hardware inventory. You will work with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, Windows, macOS, and iPad devices, and Dell and Apple peripherals, so team members get working equipment quickly and company assets are tracked from receipt to retirement. Job Responsibilities ​​ Device provisioning and management : Enroll, configure, and deploy Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot. Set up and image Windows and MacOS laptops and desktops to company standards. Configure and deploy iPads, including MDM enrollment and app assignment. Install and validate required software and applications on all device types. Troubleshoot enrollment, imaging, and configuration issues. (40%) Onboarding and offboarding : Prepare and stage devices and peripherals for new hires. Retrieve, wipe, and reset returned devices; remove them from Intune and other management systems. Verify that returned equipment is complete and in working condition. Coordinate with HR, IT, and department managers on timelines and equipment needs. (30%) Warehousing and hardware management : Receive, inspect, and store incoming hardware, including Dell and Apple laptops, desktops, iPads, and peripherals. Maintain an organized, secure hardware storage area. Manage stock of peripherals such as monitors, docks, keyboards, mice, headsets, and chargers. Identify low stock and help with reorder planning.
