As a Senior NetSuite Consultant at Plative, you will be advising and implementing NetSuite solutions to our portfolio of customers. Candidates for this role should possess a deep knowledge of NetSuite's capabilities in the Retail & Wholesale Distribution space and high-level knowledge of common industry-specific integrations. Delegate tasks to analysts and guide their work to ensure high-quality deliverables. Flag project limitations and issues early, and work with senior consultants and architects to address them. Prepare design documentation and present configuration and design recommendations to customers. Raise design risks, constraints, and critical dependencies to senior consultants and architects, and work together to resolve them. Communicate delivery risks, including budget, schedule, and scope, to project managers and lead consultants. Guide testing approaches for internal QA and customer UAT. Handle core configuration tasks, including complex business logic. Advise customers on leading practices and make configuration and design recommendations. Serve as the expert business process owner for core processes.
