WHAT WE'RE SEEKING The Senior Accountant will support the Accounting team's monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, with a focus on prepaid and accrued expenses, payroll accounting, and construction and fixed asset accounting. This includes, but isn't limited to, reconciling balance sheet accounts, supporting internal and external audits, and serving as the accounting point of contact for a designated group of venues. This position will work cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting, and will help develop and document stronger accounting processes, controls, and use of AI-driven tools. WHAT YOU WILL DO Key Responsibilities Produce accurate, timely financial statements as part of the Accounting team's monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including the external audit Maintain, amortize, and reconcile prepaid expenses, and record accurate accruals through searches for unrecorded liabilities Record and reconcile payroll, commission, and bonus accruals, including related reclassing and true-up entrie

What We're Seeking The Video & Motion Designer is responsible for creating engaging video and motion content across paid media, organic social, in-venue experiences, digital marketing, and internal communications. This role combines video editing, motion graphics, animation, and post-production expertise to bring creative concepts to life while maintaining Topgolf brand standards. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable assembling narrative-driven video content, creating motion graphics, and delivering platform-specific assets at a high volume and quality in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. WHAT WE'RE SEEKING The Senior Venue Marketing Specialist will work with various Topgolf locations (US) nationwide in support of local and regional marketing-related efforts. This includes, but isn't limited to, fielding venue inquiries, supporting ongoing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring brand standards are maintained, and supporting the development of marketing plans and assets. This position will work cross-functionally to ensure achievement against traffic goals, and will maintain the venue marketing calendar, owned channel calendar, and brand asset schedule. This role works closely with the Partnerships and Marketing teams, as well as other functions, to gather the information needed to properly account for transactions across the business, and interacts with corporate and site-level associates and managers to communicate financial information.
