The Dasher Growth Marketing team at DoorDash is growing rapidly, and as our Mexico City Media Ops pod matures, we're adding a dedicated Associate Manager to own the quality, consistency, and coordination of our day-to-day acquisition engine. About the Role We're looking for a talented and driven Associate Manager to lead quality, coordination, and stakeholder management for our Dasher paid acquisition program across the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. You'll review and sign off on the team's campaign builds, audits, QA, testing, and reporting, while staying hands-on enough to jump into channel and media management yourself whenever a channel or media owner needs support, coverage, or a second set of eyes. You'll also be one of the main points of contact for our publisher and vendor partners (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, Reddit) and drive cross-functional alignment across media, creative, and analytics teams. You'll partner closely with the Media Ops and Creative Strategy Senior Associates to prioritize their work, ensure consistent quality across campaigns and reporting, and translate performance and creative insights into a clear, prioritized backlog. You'll also collaborate with Associate Managers across other lines of business to share learnings, align on best practices, and keep our approach to media ops consistent across teams.
