About the Team The Codex Core Agent team builds the kernel of Codex. We own making the agent better, accelerating research, and making those improvements real in production for our users. That means working across the systems that make Codex actually function as an agent in the real world: the production performance envelope around tokens, latency, reliability, cost, and capacity; the core execution loop and interfaces that turn models into useful behavior; the shared infrastructure that enables other teams to build on Codex; and the feedback loops that turn real-world usage into better models and better agent behavior over time. About the Role We’re looking for engineers to build the infrastructure that powers Codex agents in production. This role focuses on the systems that let models safely execute code, interact with tools, complete long-running tasks, and operate reliably and efficiently at scale. You’ll design and operate the infrastructure behind sandboxed execution, orchestration, stateful workflows, app-server and SDK boundaries, and model rollouts. You’ll work at the intersection of distributed systems, developer tooling, and AI, building primitives that make Codex faster, safer, more reliable, and easier for the rest of the organization to build on. What You’ll Do Design and build execution environments for AI agents, including sandboxing, isolation, and reproducibility. Develop systems for agent orchestration across multi-step, tool-using workflows. Build infrastructure for running, testing, and debugging code generated by models. Create state and memory systems that allow agents to persist context across long-running tasks. Optimize tokens, latency, reliability, and cost across Codex’s production fleet. Support model rollouts, capacity planning, and the core tradeoffs between quality, speed, and economics to manage a fleet of frontier agents at scale. Build shared platform capabilities that unblock product teams, partner teams, and open source Codex. Yo

The Role The Customer Engagement Manager owns a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts end-to-end: every engagement, every outcome, every relationship, every expansion opportunity. Think of this as the McKinsey Associate Partner model applied to enterprise AI delivery. You are the single point of accountability for your accounts. The customer calls you — not your manager — when they have a problem. You staff delivery teams, oversee solution quality, run executive readouts, measure ROI, drive adoption, rebuild trust when things break, and grow the book through proven production value. This is not a project management role. This is an account ownership role that combines delivery orchestration, outcome ownership, customer leadership, and commercial growth. What You’ll Own 1. Account Ownership Own your accounts end-to-end: every engagement, every outcome, every relationship. Everything good or bad stops with you. Be the single point of contact the customer calls for any problem — delivery, quality, adoption, escalation, or expansion. Maintain a holistic view of each account: engagement status, risk exposure, opportunity pipeline, and the customer’s strate

About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role We believe skill with AI is fundamental to human agency. Education Labs builds the paradigms that help people become genuinely more capable—not just more engaged. This is a new kind of role: part researcher, part product builder, part interaction designer. You'll be the second technical builder on a small team studying how AI transforms human capability—and shipping features based on what we discover. You'll have significant creative license to define what "good" looks like, exploring new interaction patterns rather than optimizing existing ones. We're skeptical of tutorials, onboarding flows, and engagement metrics. We care about experiences that make users progressively more capable, curious, and empowered over time. This means integrating skill development into product design, using Claude itself as a capability-building partner, and measuring success by how users actually grow. You'll operate as a one-person technical shop: prototyping new ideas, establishing technical direction, and shipping production-quality features to millions of users. You'll need strong product instincts and clean interface design sensibilities, balanced with comfort in ambiguity and frontier thinking. Responsibilities: Ship features that help users develop real skill with AI—measuring success by capability growth, not time-on-site Architect end-to-end prototypes (front-end and back-end) that test new interaction paradigms, with particular attention to the front-of-the-frontend: motion, polish, and interaction feel Define technical direction for the team—establish patterns others can follow Build relationships across Product, Design, and Rese

We're looking for someone who leads and sets technical direction in equal measure. Someone who can make hard calls, navigate business trade-offs, and still walk into a room and have a genuinely useful conversation about architecture, credit decisioning, or how AI is changing the way great engineering teams work. That combination is rare. That's why we're writing this. Few companies at this stage have this much cool stuff ahead of them. The foundation is built. The real expansion starts now. We've already helped a lot of people in debt take back control of their finances. But we're moving to a much larger scale, extending the journey toward lasting financial stability and wellbeing for more people across Europe. We're profitable. We're regulated as a kreditmarknadsbolag, a licence that lets us operate across the entire EU. Germany is growing fast and Sweden and Finland is strong markets. Our 2030 ambition is to be a pan-European company. That future is genuinely exciting and not fully written yet. The team is small and intentionally so. We're not trying to build a massive organisation. We'd rather have fewer people who want to do the exceptional and sometimes the unthinkable. People who trust each other, move fast and care about doing things properly. That's the culture we've built and it's something we're protective of. AI is a big part of how we work. Not just as a strategy, but something that's lived and breathed across engineering, analytics, operations and product development. We're building internal tooling on frontier models and we believe the way strong product and engineering organisations operate is changing quickly. This role requires someone who genuinely believes that too. What the role actually is You'll own the full technology function. That means setting direction, building the team, making trade-offs between speed and quality, and being a real contributor in leadership discussions about the business, not just the technical ones. This role is inherent

Data quality is a strategic priority for Prolific, so this is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior stakeholders. This isn't a traditional QA role. We are not looking for someone to review data against a predefined checklist. We are looking for an innovative thinker that can leverage their expertise to define what good means where no definition exists yet. Acting as a strategic thought partner, you’ll work at the intersection of human data, machine learning, evaluation across frontier use-cases that define what high-quality human data looks like for the next generation of advanced AI. This means that much of the work involves novel problems with no established answer, so you’ll be comfortable working through ambiguity.. . Your primary focus is working directly with clients and alongside frontier AI labs, translating what their models need into robust human data and evaluation strategies. Rather than checking quality at the end of a project, you'll engineer quality into every stage of the lifecycle, from study design and participant strategy through to evaluation, launch readiness and client delivery. You will also work alongside our product engineering, and supply teams to define and build the quality infrastructure that will enable us to deliver h
