Scale Labs, Research Scientist — Frontier Risk Evaluations As the leading data and evaluation partner for frontier AI companies, Scale plays an integral role in understanding the capabilities and safeguarding AI models and systems. Building on this expertise, Scale Labs has launched a new team focused on policy research, to bridge the gap between AI research and global policymakers to make informed, scientific decisions about AI risks and capabilities. Our research tackles the hardest problems in agent robustness, AI control protocols, and AI risk evaluations to help governments, industry, and the public understand and mitigate AI risk while maximizing AI adoption. This team collaborates broadly across industry, the public sector, and academia and regularly publishes our findings. We are actively seeking talented researchers to join us in shaping this vision. As a Research Scientist focused on Frontier Risk Evaluations, you will design and create evaluation measures, harnesses and datasets for measuring the risks posed by frontier AI systems. For example, you might do any or all of the following: Design and build harnesses to test AI models and systems (including agents) for dangerous capabilities such as security vulnerability exploitation, CBRN uplift, and other high-risk activities; Work with government agencies or other labs to collectively scope and design evaluations to measure and mitigate risks posed by advanced AI systems; Publish evaluation methodologies and write technical reports for policymakers. Ideally you’d have: Commitment to our mission of promoting safe, secure, and trustworthy AI deployments in the industry as frontier AI capabilities continue to advance. Practical experience conducting technical research collaboratively. You should be comfortable building and instrumenting ML pipelines, writing evaluation harnesses, and quickly turning new ideas from the research literature into working prototypes. Applied AI is where Datadog's ambitious AI bets get built and shipped ( Bits Chat , updog ). We sit at the intersection of research and product: turning promising capabilities from Datadog AI Research lab and the research community into production systems that reach real customers. The team builds the foundations for agentic systems capable of operating at scale in complex production environments. Current bets span agents that run autonomously at scale, context and memory layers that make those agents more intelligent over time, and tools that help customers build and validate AI-native services in production. The mandate is to move fast from idea to customer impact, and when a product finds its footing, to set it up for growth. As an Engineering Manager I in Applied AI, you will lead a team of engineers and applied scientists working on one of these challenges. You will define technical direction, run short feedback loops, make deliberate decisions about what to pursue or stop, and work closely with product managers, research teams, and cross-functional partners to ship AI capabilities that matter. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture, the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of engineers and applied scientists focused on building the foundations for agents operating at scale Work closely with product managers, research teams, and cross-functional partners to shape the team's bets from initial framing through to broader adoption, with a clear definition of success criteria at each stage Own end-to-end delivery of high-quality AI systems, from early research exploration to production-grade reliability, with high standards for operational excellence, system reliability, and technical quality Navigate the unique challenges of shipping AI-powered products: balancing quali

About the team The Agent Post-Training team creates the frontier agents OpenAI ships to the world. We are training the models behind our agents in Codex, ChatGPT, the API, and other frontier products: persistent, proactive intelligence that can operate computers, collaborate with people and other agents, and expand what people and organizations can imagine, attempt, and achieve. We define what the next generation of agents should be able to do, build the training signal that teaches those abilities, and run the experiments that make them real. Our work spans coding, tool use, computer use, multi-agent coordination, long-horizon execution, factuality, instruction following, calibrated reasoning, and taste. Our team is where new model capabilities get made. We build the data, environments, graders, training methods, and feedback loops that shape what OpenAI's next agents can do, then carry those capabilities through major training runs and into the products people use. About the Role As a researcher working on Frontier Evals & Environments, you will help build north star model environments to drive progress towards safe AGI/ASI. Your work will directly guide the research programs of the most ambitious training runs happening at OpenAI. Some prior open-sourced evaluations built by researchers in this role include GDPval , SWE-bench Verified , MLE-bench , PaperBench , and SWE-Lancer . If you are interested in feeling firsthand the fast progress of our models, and steering them towards good outcomes, this is the role for you. You will work with researchers, engineers, product teams, infrastructure teams, and safety/alignment partners to decide what should go into major model runs, measure whether it worked, and ship improvements into products used by real people. This is a high-agency role for people who want their work to land directly in frontier models. In this role, you'll: Create ambitious RL environments to push our models to their limits, and measure frontier

About the Team Frontier Systems Foundations, part of Compute Foundations at OpenAI, builds the systems software foundation that turns new compute infrastructure into reliable, usable capacity for frontier model training. Our mission is to make some of the world's largest GPU clusters work reliably for frontier training. We bring new platforms and clusters online, safely maintain installed fleets, and partner with hardware, infrastructure, and research teams to resolve the system-level issues that keep jobs from running. That means building and maintaining the software closest to the machine: Linux and Ubuntu operating-system images, kernels and modules, drivers, packages and repositories, disks and boot configuration, firmware integration, provisioning, and system-level validation. We make these components reproducible, compatible, and safe to operate across heterogeneous fleets. About the Role We are looking for systems software engineers with deep Linux and host-systems experience to build, qualify, and maintain the operating-system foundation for OpenAI's frontier compute fleet. Relevant backgrounds include kernel and module development, Linux distribution or image engineering, package management, firmware and driver integration, disks and boot, and bare-metal provisioning. You'll work closely with hardware engineers, vendors, and infrastructure teams to bring up new platforms, integrate system components, and debug failures across firmware, disks, boot, operating systems, kernels, drivers, and workload interactions. Your work will directly influence how quickly new capacity becomes usable and how reliably large GPU fleets operate. You should be comfortable writing and maintaining production-quality systems software and automation, but we do not expect expertise across every layer. This is an opportunity to go deep on challenging systems problems while building the image, package, qualification, and recovery paths that power the next generation of frontier models

Founded out of the Stanford AI Lab in 2019, Snorkel works with leading AI labs and enterprises to move from better data to better outcomes. Excited to help us redefine how AI is built? Apply to be the newest Snorkeler! About the role Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, the DaaS Finance Manager is a critical member of the Finance org and a dedicated finance partner to the DaaS business as we scale. You will drive the financial insights that lead to better decisions: what we charge, what it costs to deliver, how much we need to deliver, and how it all rolls into revenue and ARR. The job is not just reporting numbers, but telling leadership what they mean and what to do about them. You will partner closely with the operating teams (Sales, Delivery Ops and RevOps) and bring finance rigor to how we work: clear assumptions, consistent definitions, and models people trust. Success is measured by outcomes, not outputs: deals priced to target margin, staffing plans that match demand, and a forecast leadership has confidence in. Key responsibilities The work falls into three pillars, with the mix shifting through the quarter. 1. Revenue model and forecast (with RevOps) Maintain the DaaS revenue model: bookings, acceptance-based revenue and ARR by deal, with scenario cases for planning. Partner with RevOps on the weekly revenue and ARR forecast, and run the weekly forecast deck and summary for leadership. Reconcile the field's call (commit, forecast, best case) with a deal-by-deal finance view; quantify coverage, swing deals and risks. Track delivery pacing and acceptance against plan and identify execution risks. Build bridges and variance analysis (forecast vs actual,
