About the Role We’re hiring the first Technical Program Manager to join a newly formed Technical Program Management function, reporting to the Head of TPM. This is a founding role, you’ll help design and build how strategic, cross-functional work gets delivered across a global organization. TPMs at Supabase own the connective tissue between teams and between functions, managing the dependencies of our largest programs, and author and maintain/improve the standard of using Linear. This role is a strong fit for someone who has a genuine curiosity about ambiguous, complex problems, is self-directed and has conviction in their craft. What You'll Be Responsible for Parter with Engineering, Product, Design (EPD) and other stakeholder to structure and drive complex, cross-team initiatives; clarifying scope and value, securing commitment across a distributed organization, setting timelines, and leading activities from design through launch.
