About the Team OpenAI’s Marketing team helps translate complex technology, research, and product moments into work that can be understood by audiences around the world. The team brings together creative direction, design, writing, production, strategy, marketing, and regional partners to deliver campaigns, launches, films, events, brand systems, social, digital, OOH, experiential, and emerging formats across global markets. This role sits close to creative, production, Brand Marketing, Resource Management, agencies, and cross-functional partners. It is designed for someone who can turn approved strategic direction into a clear program path and keep that path moving—from goals and operating model through creative development, production, launch readiness, and closeout. The role will work closely with Resource Managers to anticipate resource needs, maintain accurate allocations, and identify gaps early enough to address them before they become delivery risks. About the Role As a Strategic Operations Lead, Marketing, you will help design and run the leadership operating model for OpenAI's Marketing organization. This is a senior role for someone who has built 0-1 operating systems in high-growth marketing environments and can move fluidly between strategy, planning, executive communication, and hands-on execution. We're looking for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity without adding unnecessary process: a strategic chief of staff who can stand up planning cycles, QBRs, headcount, prioritization, resourcing asks, investment governance rhythms, leadership cadences, while partnering with strategy & operations managers on budget forecasting, spend execution, variance analysis, and reporting. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model with in-office collaboration Monday through Wednesday and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Build and run the core Marketing planning system, including annual and half-ye

About the Team The Support team is central to ensuring that our customers' experience with our products is nothing short of exceptional. We resolve complex issues, provide technical guidance, and support customers in maximizing value and adoption from deploying our products. We work closely with Sales, Technical Success, Product, Engineering and others to deliver the best possible experience to our customers at scale. OpenAI's customers represent a range of diverse backgrounds and maturity, from individual customers to early-stage startups and established global enterprises. Given OpenAI’s breakneck shipping cadence and growth – and the expectation that it will only accelerate – our ability to architect automation systems and agentic workflows for scale is central to our ability to maintain exceptional support quality in the face of AGI. About the Role We are seeking a Support Operations Lead who combines operational leadership, systems thinking, vendor management, and hands-on execution. You’ll own service health, automation programs, partner and vendor management. In addition to delivering high-quality service, you’ll identify opportunities to reduce manual work, experiment with tools and help operationalize AI across support at scale. About the team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity. OpenAI for Government helps public-sector institutions use advanced AI responsibly to improve services and advance critical missions. The Partnerships team builds the external ecosystem and internal operating mechanisms required to deliver that work at scale. Role Summary We are seeking a Partnerships Operations Lead to build and run the operating foundation for OpenAI for Government’s Partnerships team. This person will serve as the operational connective tissue across the partner team, working closely with Account Directors, Solutions Architects, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and other cross-functional stakeholders to move opportunities from initial engagement through agreement and execution. They will help ensure a smooth handoff to Technical Success across accounts by establishing clear readiness criteria, capturing the right commercial and customer context, and aligning teams on partner roles, commitments, dependencies, and success outcomes. The ideal candidate is a true utility player who combines the relationship instincts of a growth oriented builder with the rigor of an exceptional business operator. They thrive in ambiguity, create processes that do not yet exist, and move fluidly between deal execution, workflow design, analysis, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end operating cadence for partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities, from intake and qualification through approvals, contracting, launch, and expansion. Build and continuously improve operating processes, standard procedures, stage gates, decision rights, and service expectations that make partner execution faster and more predictable. About the Team The Startup Growth team is building the systems, programs, and automation that enable OpenAI to win startups at scale. We need to make it dramatically faster and easier to turn high-potential growth ideas into repeatable, measurable GTM motions without bespoke infrastructure for every program. About the Role The GTM Growth Programs Lead will own the shared capabilities that enable Startup GTM to incubate, launch, measure, and scale growth programs. The role will initially own credit and commercial programs while using that work to build reusable infrastructure for a broader portfolio of GTM motions. The goal is not to centralize program ownership: teams closest to startups should continue to identify, incubate, and own growth motions. This role will build the operating system that makes them dramatically better and faster at doing so. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Build the GTM program platform for Startups. Develop shared infrastructure, tooling, and agentic systems that turn growth opportunities into scalable programs, automate work across the program lifecycle, and make each subsequent motion faster to launch. Own credit and commercial programs. Drive credit/commercial strategy and evolution while turning capabilities such as audience selection, eligibility, offer configuration, distribution, and measurement into reusable building blocks. Create a repeatable path from idea to scaled motion. Turn “we need to increase X” into targeted, operationalized, measurable GTM motions. Build leverage throughout the team. Enable ADs, VC Partnerships, and other Startup GTM teams to incubate and own programs independently rather than routing every motion through centralized operations. Develop shared measurement and experimentation frameworks and capabilities. Establish common approaches to sizing, economics, attribution

This role identifies and enables priority international growth opportunities while ensuring alignment with regional regulatory, operational, sustainability, and long-term infrastructure objectives.
