About the Team OpenAI's GTM Partnerships team builds a strategic, global partner ecosystem to accelerate customer success, enable enterprise AI adoption, and drive durable growth in support of OpenAI's mission toward AGI. We work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to turn strategic partnerships into measurable business outcomes. This role sits within the GTM Partnerships organization and is responsible for leading OpenAI's strategic relationships with three of the world's largest Global Systems Integrators (GSIs): HCLTech, Wipro, and Cognizant . These partners play a critical role in helping enterprise customers design, deploy, and scale AI solutions by combining OpenAI's technology with deep industry expertise, consulting capabilities, and global delivery organizations. This role reports to the Head of GSIs and will be responsible for driving executive alignment, joint go-to-market strategy, commercial execution, and scalable partnership programs across these strategic accounts. About the Role We are hiring a Partner Director, HCL, Wipro & Cognizant to lead and grow three of OpenAI's most strategic Global Systems Integrator partnerships. You will own executive relationships, develop and execute joint business plans, and drive coordinated go-to-market motions that accelerate customer adoption and revenue growth. This is a highly strategic, externally facing role that requires a blend of executive relationship management, commercial leadership, operational excellence, and ecosystem expertise. You'll work closely with OpenAI Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Legal, Security, and partner leadership teams to build repeatable motions that generate pipeline, enable successful customer deployments, and deepen long-term strategic alignment. The ideal candidate understands how large consulting organizations operate, has experience driving revenue through strategic partn
About Bolna Bolna is a YC-backed voice AI orchestration platform built for the Indian market—powering multilingual, vernacular voice agents across Hindi, Hinglish, Tamil, and 10+ languages at sub-500ms latency across collections, recruitment, sales, and e-commerce use cases. We are an orchestration layer, not a model company: our moat is outcome-labelled vernacular data, rigorous evaluation infrastructure, and a growing taxonomy of how Indian enterprise voice AI fails in production. Why This Role Exists Product decisions at Bolna increasingly hinge on rigorous, code-mixed-aware data analysis—and not just one kind. On one side, there is model and evaluation rigor: LLM benchmarking for post-call intelligence, ASR/WER evaluation, inter-rater reliability on human-labelled calls, and routing and latency economics. On the other, there is product and growth insight: understanding where self-serve users drop off in their journey, what patterns emerge across lakhs of monthly calls, and which use cases and configurations are actually working. Both currently sit with the Head of Product alongside strategy and roadmap ownership. We need a dedicated analyst to own the execution and recurring cadence across both-freeing product leadership to act on findings rather than produce them. What You’ll Do Model and Evaluation Analysis LLM and model benchmarking: Run structured comparisons across model providers such as Sarvam, DeepSeek, Gemini, and Claude variants for tasks including post-call extraction and LLM-as-judge scoring. Evaluate cost, accuracy, fill rate, and TTR, with particular attention to Hinglish and code-mixed content. Evaluation infrastructure: Build and maintain LLM-as-judge pipelines using tools such as DeepEval, design and track evaluation metrics, and run inter-rater reliability analysis such as Krippendorff’s alpha across human call reviewers. Golden dataset creation: Support the construction of golden datasets for ASR and transcript labelling, including flagging co

The Role We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to own major product areas and work closely with Product and Engineering to define and design new experiences from concept through launch and iteration. Solution Architect Sigma Computing The SA role has evolved. Here’s the version we’re hiring for. The SA job in 2026 is not the SA job in 2023. Three things now sit at the center of how we evaluate this role. This hire has to do all three at a senior level, with the architectural depth to back it up. 1. Use AI every day to do the job better. If you are not using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalents to accelerate your account prep, architecture diagramming, prototype builds, RFP responses, and discovery synthesis, you are getting outworked by SAs who are. We expect this hire to treat AI tooling as default infrastructure, not novelty. Come with a point of view on what you run, why, and how you use it to compress weeks of work into days. 2. Sell AI into the account. Buyers want to talk about agents, MCP, A2A, context engineering, and which model is powering what. You have to be fluent. You know Sigma’s AI surface cold: Sigma Assistant in build, analyze, and plan modes, AI functions, input tables with LLM enrichment, MCP integration, and warehouse-native agent patterns. You can architect Sigma agents and warehouse agents into a customer’s stack and explain the tradeoffs to a head of data and a CISO in the same call. You also speak credibly about Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and the broader stack the customer already runs. 3. Sell against AI. Every enterprise deal has AI competition in it. Sometimes it is Databricks Genie. Sometimes it is Snowflake Cortex Analyst. Sometimes it is a systems integrator pitching a bespoke agent built over the weekend. You know where each of these breaks at scale, where Sigma’s warehouse-native architecture wins on governance, freshness, and cost, and how to draw the line for a skeptical CDO without hand-waving. You can defend that position in an architecture review, on a security questionnaire, and across three follow-up calls. About Sigma Sigma is the AI runtime environment for the modern enterprise. Teams build apps, agents, an

As a Design Manager at DoorDash, you want to build things that matter to real people. You're at your best when you can move from idea to shipped product quickly, bringing experiences to life that reach and influence users at massive scale. You'll care about whether the product you make solved a real problem for real people, or changed how someone experiences their day. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering and Product Management, dig into the data, and use LLM-powered tools alongside traditional design tools. If the LLM powered tools don’t exist yet, you build them. About the Role Trust is the foundation of every interaction on DoorDash. We're looking for a design leader who can define and drive a vision for designing for integrity at scale. In this role, you will join the Integrity organization. At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Vanta's V4G Partnerships function sits at the intersection of our platform, the government agencies and contractors we serve, and the broad network of systems integrators, resellers, service providers, and auditors within the public sector compliance and risk management ecosystem. You'll help build and grow these partnerships to build pipeline, as well as to ensure that customers have access to high-quality, trusted delivery through Vanta. As Director, Vanta for Government (V4G) Partnerships , you will own Vanta's partner function for the public sector — the strategy, the network, and the programs that let it scale — supporting both our government sales motion (Federal and SLED) and our government vendor business. Reporting directly to the Head of Public Sector, you will define the partner archetypes, tiering, and coverage model required to serve government demand, and own V4G partner-sourced pipeline and ARR that rolls into Vanta's overall partner-sourced target. You'll work in close partnership with the VP of Global Channel & Alliances, who owns that overall target and channel operating model, to ensure the public sector motion is built on — and strengthens — that foundation. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who has built a public sector partner function from the ground up: designing joint GTM programs, negotiating enterprise partnership agreements, and standing up the mechanisms that let a partner network scale beyond the person running it. You'll have meaningful scope: you'll own the V4G partner function — the strategy, the partner network, the program design, and the team — and decide how Vanta
