THE ROLE We’re looking for a Head of Environment to build the physical expression of Baseten as we grow from roughly 300 employees today to more than 2,000 over the next couple of years. You’ll own the environments, spaces, and experiences that define what it feels like to work at Baseten. This is equal parts operations, hospitality, design, and strategy. You’ll partner closely with our founders and leadership team to create an environment that scales with the company while remaining unmistakably Baseten. You’ll inherit a strong Workplace Experience team and continue to evolve the function into one of the defining strengths of the company. We’re on a mission to build the world’s first AI Development Infrastructure: software that enables enterprises to safely evolve from today’s AI assistants to tomorrow’s autonomous workflows, all while maintaining full visibility and control. We’re creating a new category, and we need a Product Marketing leader to help define it. You’ll shape and scale Coder’s story across every touchpoint, building thought leadership, deepening our enterprise presence, and influencing how the world thinks about AI development. You’ll define the vision and strategy for the team, working across the company to drive clarity, alignment, and growth, and position Product Marketing as a force multiplier for our business. This role is perfect for a player-coach: someone who can translate complex technology into clear, credible stories, lead insightful analyst conversations, and dive deep into customer segmentation - all in a day’s work. What you’ll do here Evaluate, refine, and validate Coder’s messaging and positioning to explain how we fit into enterprise AI transformations. Build clear, visual frameworks that communicate complex design choices and product architecture to technical decision-makers. Drive alignment and consistency across internal teams and customer touchpoints through continuous iteration. Partner with Sales, Customer Solutions, and Product to identify and operationalize emerging use cases for Coder at the frontier of agentic development. Grow the Product Marketing team while providing strategic guidance on scaling thought leadership, developer relations, and enablement to create cohesive marketing to our ICP. Drive a unified technical content strategy with Marketing, Product, and Customer Solutions that connects product truth to customer needs and market opportunities, strengthening Coder’s technical credibility. What we’re looking for 10+ years of relevant experience, with 3+ years in a leadership/management role Action‑oriented; execute autonomously in fast-changing env
The Role We are hiring a Head of Field and Events to own how Coder wins in person. This is one of three pillars in our marketing strategy, where brand, narrative, and pipeline meet the customer face to face. This is a player-coach role. You will set the strategy for our field and events program and run it with your own hands. You will pick the events that matter, design the experiences around them, and make sure every dollar and every hour on the ground turns into pipeline. Early on you will do much of the execution yourself. As the program proves out, you will build and lead the team behind it. You will report to the CMO and work shoulder to shoulder with sales, demand generation, product marketing, and partnerships. If you like owning a number, being close to customers, and turning a room into revenue, this is your seat. What You Will Own Strategy and planning. Set the field and events strategy tied to pipeline and revenue targets, and own the calendar across conferences, regional programs, and owned events. Third-party events. Choose the right conferences and trade shows, negotiate sponsorships, design the booth and on-site experience, and run flawless execution from load-in to follow-up. Owned events. Build and run Coder's own moments: executive dinners, roadshows, user groups, hackathons, and hands-on workshops that put the product in front of the right people. Field marketing. Design regional field programs with sales that generate and accelerate pipeline in priority markets and named accounts. Pipeline and ROI. Own the number for events-sourced and events-influenced pipeline. Set targets, track spend, and report ROI in a way the whole company can see. Lead flow. Build the lead capture and follow-up motion so no lead falls through. Partner with demand gen and sales ops on routing, qualification, and speed to first touch. Message on the ground. Work with product marketing to make sure the story on stage, at the booth, and in the room is sharp and consistent wit
Amplitude is moving fast, from product analytics to an AI-native platform with agents embedded across the product, used by over 4,700 companies. We are looking for a strong design leader with a builder mindset to lead a 15-person design team through the next phase of growth. This is a player-coach role . You manage and grow the team. You also stay in the actual work: elevating quality through feedback, pairing with designers on the hardest UX puzzles, and asking the right questions to unlock the crux of the problem. You'll know every product surface well enough to raise its quality — even if you don't own any single one end-to-end. Designers are embedded in autonomous pods and need to keep shipping fast. Maintaining speed without compromising on coherence and quality is the job. If that tension sounds like an exciting problem to solve rather than a contradiction to complain about, keep reading. What you'll do Build the team. Hire, grow, and retain a high-performing design team, identifying people who will thrive and raise the bar at Amplitude. Develop them through direct, specific feedback. Help someone who's stuck get moving again. Set direction. Drive the design strategy for Amplitude's product suite: Core Amplitude, Statsig, and Wave (a proactive agent that helps teams build self-improving products). Help define how agents and humans work together in the same workflows. Champion craft. Strong visual design builds trust, clarity, and delight in the era of AI. Lead by example, elevating the quality of the product through exceptional design execution. Hold a high bar. AI makes it cheap to ship UI changes, which makes it easy for quality to erode quietly. Set a clear standard for what good looks like and enforce it without becoming an approval bottleneck. Stay in production. You believe that “the design” is what ships. Code is the material that brings the design to life. Push on the details, the papercuts, the edge cases. Speak for the customer. Show up in leadership
What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. The opportunity We're looking for a Head of GTM to bring Mutiny to millions of users. You'll sit shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders, own revenue end-to-end from first touch to retention, and help shape the decisions that define the company’s brand and culture. You’ll be building the AI infrastructure layer that reshapes how every GTM team operates. This role is in person in New York City, five days a week. What you'll own Revenue. As our AI strategist lead, you'll own Mutiny's managed account book and lead the technical solutions function that backs up our most complex customers. The teams running Mutiny (Rippling, Uber, Snowflake, Zendesk, and Gusto) are betting hard on AI, and they need post-sales partners who move their roadmap forward, not just their renewal date. You'll set the bar for what great support looks like, build the playbooks that let CS scale, and step into people management as we hire AI strategists underneath you. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the role Developer experience at Sentry spans four areas: the integration and developer platform, docs, community, and DevRel. The DevEx team is responsible for how developers first encounter Sentry, how they learn to use it, and how they build on top of it — from SDK configuration docs to the Discord community to the integrations ecosystem. This role owns all of it. We recently had our Head of DevEx depart, and we're looking for a senior leader to step in with real ownership and real scope. You'll sit in Marketing, partner closely with EPD, and have direct influence over both the product surface (the integration platform) and the team responsible for developer education, docs, and community. In this role you will Own strategy and execution for Sentry's integration ecosystem and developer platform APIs — working closely with EPD to define the developer-facing surface and ensure building on Sentry is a genuinely good experience Lead the documentation function across SDK configuration docs, API reference, and tutorials — the places where developer activation actually happens or doesn't Connect docs to the product experience: logged-in state, contextual guidance, health checks, and surfacing adoption gaps in-context, in partnership with EPD and the Docs platform team Own Sentry's developer community across Discord, social, and events, and build the team and processes that turn engagement into measurable outcomes: signups, adoption, support deflection Build and deliver the content and education programs — workshops, deep dives, fireside chats — that teach developers tracing, debugging, and how to actually use Sentry's full
About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role We're hiring a Head of Brand to set the direction for how Ramp shows up in the world. The Brand team — ~10 designers, writers, motion designers, illustrators, and producers today — defines Ramp's identity across every surface our customers see: product launches, integrated campaigns, customer marketing, web, events, social, sales materials, and the product itself. We help the rest of the company move fast and ship beautifully by building the principles, systems, and standards that let us scale. You'll lead this team. You'll set the visual identity and the voice. You'll build the AI pipelines that turn everyone else at Ramp into a good Brand Designer. You'll report to our VP of Design and work directly with our Co-CEOs to shape the future of the company. You'll also partner closely with leaders across Marketing, Product, Growth, and Recruiting to define strategy and execute against key business priorities. We're looking for someone who's obsessed with five things: Story. How we show up in the world. How we change the conversation aroun
