At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires. Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. Our Talent team is looking for an experienced and discerning technical recruiter to help build Linear’s next generation of engineering talent. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who sees recruiting as a craft. Your primary focus will be growing our engineering team in North America. You’ll own the full search, from mapping talent markets and activating networks through assessment, work trial support, and close. Linear engineers tend to combine technical depth with product judgment, craftsmanship, and significant ownership. Finding them requires more than matching resumes to requirements. We’re looking for someone who can recognize these qualities, reach candidates with precision, and continually sharpen their judgment through close partnership with our team. All recruiters at Linear are generalists and may support other functions as company priorities evolve, but engineering will be the primary focus of this role. The Elastic Search AI Platform, used by more than 50% of the Fortune 500, brings together the precision of search and the intelligence of AI to enable everyone to accelerate the results that matter. You'll build and maintain these projects, engage directly with the developer community, and contribute across team and cross-functional initiatives. This is fast-moving territory. We want someone who enjoys an ambiguous, quick-shifting space, who forms opinions about what should be built and not only how, and who is comfortable working closely with our product teams and external partners. SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today, SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of making life multiplanetary and expanding consciousness to the stars. SpaceXSI is building Super Intelligence to help humanity understand the universe. Our teams are building the full Super Intelligence stack: from our Colossus supercomputers, to Grok models, to our suite of applications, including Grok Bot, Grok Build, Grok Imagine, Grok Voice, and X. We're creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next. ABOUT THE ROLE: SpaceXSI is building and operating one of the world’s largest AI training campuses in Memphis, including Colossus and site facilities that support it. As a Facilities Supervisor, you will lead a team of technicians and specialist for an assigned area of that campus—office and support buildings, site infrastructure, and grounds. Your leadership keeps work orders moving, preventive maintenance on schedule, and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general repair) in working order. Depending on assignment, you may also own soft services such as trash, landscaping, and pest control. This is hands-on front-line leadership for facilities maintenance. Your time will be spent between being on the floor with technicians, vendors, and tickets—closing work, removing blockers, and holding an exceptional standard. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead a high-performing team handling facilities maintenance for an assigned campus area—including general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and (where assigned) janitorial, landscaping, waste, and pest control—to deliver reliable service with minimal disruption to occupied buildings and site operations. Own day-to-day work orders and

ABOUT THE ROLE: SpaceXSI is building and operating one of the world’s most demanding AI training campuses in Memphis, including Colossus and site facilities that support it. The people who work here—and the buildings and grounds they occupy—have to keep up with that tempo. The Sr. Manager of Facilities Maintenance owns building and grounds maintenance across the Memphis campus. This role leads a multi-layered organization of managers, supervisors, and technicians responsible for offices, industrial support buildings, and site infrastructure: work orders and preventive maintenance, building HVAC, plumbing, electrical and transformers, carpentry and building envelope, janitorial, landscaping, waste, and pest control. Facility care is a direct reflection of our values, and the impact is immense. This is facilities maintenance, not data center facilities operations. You will not own the central utility plant, rack-level cooling, or white-space infrastructure. You will own the campus around it— air handlers that fail, transformers that need attention, grounds that have to stay presentable, leaks, and a work-order system that has to close tickets fast—so the site can operate without d
