SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The Fireplace Installer Helper assists the Fireplace Installer with professional in-home and pre-settlement installation of fireplaces. This role supports the installation team by preparing materials, handling tools and equipment, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment—all while learning the trade. The Helper is expected to perform all duties with professionalism and a strong commitment to safety and customer service. OVERVIEW The position of Install Helper for Construction Resources will be responsible for the proper installation of various types of glass and mirrors. Requires ability to cut and properly handle glass, mirrors and enclosures, wire shelving, bath accessories and door hardware. Requires excellent customer service and good communication skills.
