THE ROLE We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Partner Readiness Technical Lead to design the knowledge foundations that power Everpure's global partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of partner enablement, knowledge architecture, instructional design, and AI. Rather than simply creating learning content, you will architect how partner knowledge is captured, structured, connected, and delivered across multiple experiences—including instructor-led training, digital learning, just-in-time guidance, and conversational learning agents. As part of the Global Partner Enablement team, you will work closely with product management, product marketing, subject matter experts, instructional designers and partner field teams to transform complex product and solution knowledge into scalable, reusable, AI-ready learning assets. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, brings a systems-thinking mindset to learning design, and can balance technical depth with instructional simplicity.
