About the Job The Cultivation Technician performs labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing cannabis, including, but not limited to; watering, feeding, flushing, pruning, washing, cloning, transplanting, harvesting, and facility maintenance under the supervision of the Cultivation General Manager. About the Job The Assistant Cultivation General Manager is responsible for working closely with the Cultivation General Manager to help support overall operational responsibility for all day-to-day cultivation activities at the cultivation site and provide leadership support to the cultivation staff.
