This role focuses on maintaining efficient material movement, supporting quality standards, and enabling production teams to meet safety, delivery, and cost objectives. Coordinate material availability, staging, and delivery to support uninterrupted production and minimize production downtime. Promote inventory accuracy by supporting material movements, ERP transactions, and work order processes (backflushing, transfers, scrap, and completions). Assist in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis while supporting cycle counts, physical inventories, and audit activities. Leverage material usage trends and production demand insights to help optimize stocking strategies and align inventory levels with production plans. Reinforce proper material handling, storage practices, FIFO practices, and compliance with GMP, GDP, and traceability requirements. Serve as a cross-functional point of coordination between materials, production, planning, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure alignment and material readiness.
