Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role As a Marketing Analytics Lead at Anthropic, you will own how we measure marketing. You'll build and run a single measurement framework that shows how marketing activity turns into pipeline, revenue, and product usage, and you'll make that framework something marketers and executives actually use to make decisions. As our marketing programs grow across enterprise and product-led motions, your work will determine whether we invest in what works. In this role, you'll own the marketing measurement framework end to end: the metric definitions, the data models behind them, the dashboards that surface them, and the insights they produce. This is a hands-on individual contributor role; data science and data engineering will support you, but you'll do the core work yourself. At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive. Flexdrive is a subsidiary of Lyft that works together with Lyft teams to realize our shared mission. Flexdrive builds the operational backbone for the future of mobility. As a leader in fleet management and a Lyft subsidiary, we're extending our expertise into autonomous vehicle (AV) infrastructure — managing the physical operations that keep AV fleets safe, available, and performing at scale. Reporting to the Operations Manager, AV Deployment, Flexdrive is seeking an exceptional Repair Operations Lead to help run the day-to-day service operations supporting our AV fleet. You'll work alongside a second Repair Operations Lead as a partnered pair, sharing coverage and accountability for the floor. This is a people-first leadership role. You will lead and mentor our repair coordinators, hold both the coordinator team and our on-site technicians (a 3rd party partner) accountable to quality and turnaround expectations, and keep the partnership running smoothly so the fleet stays available. We're looking for a strong people leader rather than a deep technical expert. Service advisor or service drive experience is helpful because you'll be fluent in the workflow, but what matters most is your ability to develop a team, set clear expectations, and hold the line on them without losing the room. You should be comfortable managing an external partner relationship day to day, balancing a collaborative working rapport with firm accountability. You bring a teamwork mentality, genuinely care about employee relations and the culture you're building, and will lean into Lyft's values as one of the early leaders shaping how this site operates. If you're energized by growing people, buildi
