What you’ll do Own day-to-day operations for the scanner program and scanner builds in the spa: purchasing/procurement, vendor management, receiving, inventory, and logistics. Stand up lightweight production operations as we move from prototypes to repeatable builds: build planning, kitting, work instructions, and readiness checklists. Partner with Quality to ensure the operational system supports compliance: traceability, document control, training records, NCR/CAPA workflows, and audit readiness. Drive cross-functional execution for the physical spa build-out and scanner integration: schedules, dependencies, risk register, and weekly coordination with vendors and internal teams. Own the “integration glue” across facilities + device ops: commissioning plans, acceptance criteria, and operational handoff (runbooks, maintenance, spares, escalation paths). Build and track operational metrics: cost, budget, lead times, vendor performance, build throughput, and reliability of critical subsystems. Audit of import/export documentation, management of contract renewals, regulatory compliance. What we’re looking for Proven operations leadership in hardware/medical/robotics (or similarly complex electromechanical products), including procurement and vendor management. Strong program management instincts: can run schedules, unblock cross-functional dependencies, and keep priorities clear under ambiguity. Comfort operating in quality/regulatory environments and building processes that are rigorous without slowing a small team. High ownership and bias to action: can jump between spreadsheets, docks, and the lab/site to keep the program moving. Useful experience Experience running prototype-to-production transitions (NPI, EVT/DVT/PVT-style builds, CM/EMS collaboration). Facilities / construction operations experience (GC coordination, MEP commissioning, site readiness). Familiarity with inventory systems and procurement tooling (even “simple but disciplined”).

At Asana, we believe AI represents the future of work, and APIs are at the heart of how AI connects with the tools where work happens. Asana’s API team owns the gateways that enable data flow into and out of Asana, whether via the public API used to build new apps and agents or our MCP server that enables LLMs to take action in response to natural language. Asana’s rich developer platform and app ecosystem help ensure we can support every use case out there–no matter how big or small the team, and no matter which tools or workflows they use. We’re looking for a staff-level Technical Lead to drive execution and technical vision for our developer platform. Our API team has huge, cross-cutting scope: one day you’ll be partnering with Product to define what a great agentic experience looks like and contributing to the direction of industry-wide protocols, the next you’ll be setting best practices for exposing new Asana functionality via the public API and architecting foundational changes to our API’s core feature set and frameworks, all while mentoring the engineers and developer advocates on the team. If you care deeply about building an agentic future for the enterprise and leading high-performing engineering teams, then we’d love to hear from you! This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements. What you’ll achieve Set the technical strategy for the API platform within Asana and advocate for engineering-driven investments, with a vision for keeping our systems flexible and maintainable Drive the team to continually and holistically better itself, enabling the engineers around you to deliver at a high velocity
We're looking for a Tech Lead to own technical direction for Asana's Platform Reliability Engineering team. This role is for someone who thrives as a technical leader without needing to take on people management. At Asana, Tech Leads own technical execution, architecture, and long-term engineering strategy. You'll lead complex projects, make key technical decisions, and set the standard for engineering quality. You'll guide ICs through technical design and project leadership, and partner with teams across the company. An Engineering Manager handles people leadership – you own the technical direction. Your team will build core platform systems like load shedding, rate limiting, circuit breakers, and traffic controls that protect Asana under real-world load. This is hands-on work – you'll spend significant time designing and building systems alongside the team, while partnering with other platform teams to make reliability something that's built in, not bolted on. Our tech stack includes: AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), MySQL (RDS), OpenSearch, DynamoDB, Redis, Terraform, Datadog, TypeScript, Scala, Go, and Python. (Yeah, we know this sounds like buzzword bingo – but we want this post to actually show up in your searches.) We're especially interested in people who think like backend engineers but obsess over failure modes, capacity planning, and building systems that degrade gracefully under pressure. This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements. We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland. What You'll Achieve: Set technical direction for the team, making sure we're solving the right problems in the right way. Design and build core platform systems – load shedding, ci

Make an impact by being a trusted subject matter expert in several buying categories and continuing to prove the value that Strategic Sourcing brings to the organization. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do: Lead strategic sourcing for enterprise SaaS and IT categories - owning net-new purchases and complex, high-spend renewals through a documented, collaborative evaluation process, with action plans built well ahead of renewal dates. Own software license and subscription strategy, right-sizing entitlements, minimizing shelfware, and replacing last-minute buying with forward-looking renewal and demand planning. Lead the IT hardware procurement team responsible for purchasing, sourcing, and replenishment (laptops, peripherals, networking, office AV), balancing demand with headcount and multi-region growth while leveraging OEM/distributor relationships and buying scale. Lead the transformation of IT Procurement (hardware and SaaS licenses) from transactional to strategic - standardizing processes, introducing supplier-management discipline, and establishing operational metrics and KPIs. Develop strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and collaborate on strategizing the purchase plan, negotiating pricing and other business terms with vendors on net-new purchases and complex, high-spend renewals, partnering cross-functionally with Procurement Operations, Legal, Security, IT, and Office Operations to ensure compliant, scalable execution.
