Baseten

ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE ROLE We're looking for a Procurement Lead to build Baseten's procurement function from the ground up. This is a foundational, high-ownership role for someone who wants to define how a company runs procurement, not inherit an existing process. As the company scales across engineering, GTM, and corporate functions, we need to build purchasing workflows and vendor relationships. This is a rare, critical-moment hire: you'll set the leading-practice processes, systems, and policies that the company runs on as it continues to grow, with the mandate and dedicated focus to build something built to scale. This role exists to make procurement a source of leverage for the business, not friction. Your goal is to build scalable process, take on vendor management and RFP work that today sits informally with individual teams, and free up business owners' time and capacity, all while building the guardrails the company needs as it grows. You'll partner closely with Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance, IT, and business owners across the company, and you'll be judged on whether teams feel supported and unblocked, not slowed down. RESPONSIBILITIES Procurement Strategy and Process Design and implement Baseten's first company-wide procurement process, approval routing, and other workflows Establish procurement policies (spend thresholds, approval authority, competitive bidding requirements) tailored to a high-growth business Design pr

If you are a technical heavyweight who loves to code and model, but also a leader ready to mentor a high-performing team, this is the role for you. We are seeking a Team Lead for Trade Analytics & Market Intelligence to act as the Ted Lasso of our data analytics team. Reporting directly to the Director of Trade Management, you will own the architectural backbone of our trade management decision-making. This is a hybrid role. You will spend a significant portion of your time hands-on in the codeβ€”building complex data models, writing high-performance queries, and designing algorithms. Simultaneously, you will lead and develop a small, agile team consisting of a seasoned Analyst and a Market Intelligence Specialist. You will be the bridge between raw data and high-level strategy, directly influencing how we handle Procurement, Pricing, and Forecasting. Ramp
πŸ“ Londonβ€’ Full-timeβ€’ From $10K/yr
1mo ago

About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Ramp has scaled to ~$125B in payment volume and 70K+ customers as a US-first company; and now we're going global. With expansion underway across Europe, Canada, and LATAM, we're hiring a Growth Lead to build from scratch in international markets. You'll own the full international growth engine: market sequencing, channel strategy, localization decisions, and the playbook for how Ramp wins outside the US. You'll have the complete Growth Marketing bench behind you (paid, SEO/AEO, lifecycle, partner, field), but you own the number. The role is based in London, positioned for timezone overlap across Europe and additional regions. This is a builder-operator role that demands sharp business judgment. You'll be equally comfortable presenting a market-sequencing thesis to the exec team and auditing a paid search account hands-on. You're internally motivated, you move without being directed, and you'd rather ship a working v1 than write a memo about it. What You'll Do Own the international SQL number. You are the single accountable owner for e

We're looking for a Partnerships Lead, GSIs to build and scale Replit's relationships with the world's largest systems integrators. This is a high-impact, externally-facing role at the intersection of channel strategy, enterprise go-to-market, and ecosystem development. You'll own how Replit shows up for the EYs and Accentures of the world, building the programs, partnerships, and co-sell motions that turn GSI relationships into a meaningful revenue channel. AI-driven software development is reshaping how enterprises build, and GSIs are at the center of how that transformation gets delivered to their clients. This role is for someone who knows how GSIs work from the inside, their practice models, their incentives, their org structures, and who can build the trust and commercial frameworks needed to make Replit a go-to platform in their delivery stack. What You'll Do Own and develop Replit's GSI Channel program strategy, building on the momentum of our Accenture partnership to recruit, enable, and scale additional GSI relationships (e.g., Deloitte, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and others). Serve as the primary relationship owner for key GSI partners, developing joint go-to-market plans, co-sell motions, and solution frameworks that drive pipeline and revenue. Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About the Role We're looking for an AI-native product growth lead to own Replit's entire paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing engine as the single DRI. This is an IC role for someone who builds systems, not just campaigns. Someone who uses AI and automation aggressively to do what traditionally requires an entire team. You don't need an engineering background. You need the instinct to build: when you see a repetitive task, you reach for Replit or an API before you reach for a spreadsheet. You'll have data science and data engineering partners for infrastructure and modeling, and brand marketing will set creative direction. Your job is to turn that direction into a closed-loop optimization system: a self-improving system that turns performance data into better creative, optimizes spend across channels in near-real-time, and compounds every insight so nothing learned is ever lost. Each cycle, the system gets smarter. That's the engine you'll build and own. The ideal candidate has deep channel expertise across paid search, paid social, and lifecycle, but their real edge is building AI-powered workflows that scale creative production, automate measurement, and compound institutional knowledge. You Will Own full-funnel performance marketing across paid search & social, ASO, and lifecycle Build a self-improving creative engine: AI-driven ad generation, testing, and iteration that scales without scaling headcount Maintain a persistent knowledge layer so every experiment, result, and creative insight compounds automatically into the next cycle Own conversion signal quality end-to-end: right events, right audiences, right attribution, partnering with DE on the infrastructure Run a structured experimentation program wher

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. Replit is changing who gets to build software. What started as a platform for developers has become an AI-powered creation platform where individuals, and teams can turn ideas into working apps, internal tools, dashboards, workflows, and websites faster than ever before. The company has had a fair amount of success with the outside world and in customer traction, particularly on the enterprise. We are looking for a PR Lead to help tell that story to the audiences that matter most: CIOs, CISOs, CFOs, business leaders, developers, analysts, partners, customers, and the press. This role will own communications for Replit’s marketplace, customer momentum, and business adoption. You will help position Replit as the AI platform that gives every team in an organization the ability to build, ship, and solve problems securely, without waiting months for traditional software cycles. The work will span the full range of communications: product launches, partnership announcements, customer stories, competitive positioning, analyst engagement, executive visibility, conference moments, speeches, thought leadership, vertical storytelling, and proof points that show how enterprises are using Replit to move from idea to production. You will work closely with Replit’s sales, partnership, marketing and leadership teams to shape narratives that resonate with both technical and business audiences.
