Shortlisted candidates and winners will be invited to join our GiftsDesign Talent Pool. Winners will recievea cash prize of £1000. Introduction You might know Lush as the inventor of the bath bomb, but there’s more to us than pioneering cosmetics. We believe our business should put more back into the world than it takes, and demonstrates that capitalism can be a force for good. We fight cruel practices like animal testing, promote regeneration, and show that what’s inside counts - whether that’s an ingredient in a product, or the minerals in a smartphone. Handmade is at the heart of Lush. So, when it comes to our gifting ranges we really do want to knock our customers' socks off! Every Lush gift comes with a story, and we love to celebrate the uniqueness of each gift we create. These are often around innovative materials we have used, new ways of reusing packaging, and collaborations with wonderful artists from across the world. Our customers love to hear these stories so we make a big effort to share them. Often they will feature on our website, be shared through our staff in stores or celebrated with bespoke gift tags. We’re not manufacturing throwaway fillers but keepsakes that we hope our customers will treasure. We would love to invite you to design a Knot Wrap in our global knot wrap competition. Knot Wrap is the perfect alternative to wrapping paper, they are reusable and sustainable fabric gift-wraps. Made from organic cotton or recycled plastic bottles – wear them, reuse them or frame them! We invite you to design a Knot Wrap for our 2027 all year round knot wrap collection. Please note we do not want to receive product suggestions - we are looking for a design only. We would love to review all of your work, but due to high interest, please submit your single strongest des

Talent Pool Christmas 2027 Lush Gift Design Call Out Deadline: 19/10/2026 Calling all wonderful creatives across Lush to have the opportunity to join the Gift Design team Talent Pool and have the chance to be involved in designing the upcoming Christmas 2027 Gift Collections. Successful candidates will be given the opportunity to join the gifts design talent pool with the opportunity to join the team for our virtual design workshops on the 4th of January. The collection we will be working on will be Christmas 2027. After the workshops there will be further opportunities to develop designs that may become a gift in the final Christmas 2027 collection. Introduction Handmade is at the heart of Lush. So, when it comes to our seasonal ranges, we really do want to knock our customers' socks off. We get our hands dirty collaging, painting, inking and sticking – all the messy, magical bits you used to love as a child – in a bid to make gifts that have stories as well as style. Large or small, each gift is carefully thought out and crafted, from the handmade treats nestled inside to the final tie of the ribbon. We’d love to say that we make beautiful presents by hand just for the joy of it, but we must confess it’s not entirely without motive. It’s our hope that by paying so much attention to every aspect from box to bath, the lucky recipient has extra incentive to keep the boxes, reuse the wrapping paper or upcycle the ribbons. We’re not manufacturing throwaway fillers but keepsakes that we hope our customers will treasure.
