We are looking for a proactive, business-driven marketer with strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset. Someone who can turn consumer and market insights into growth opportunities, challenge the status quo and bring fresh ideas that will take the category further. You are responsible for: • Leading the local strategy and growth agenda for Male Grooming. • Owning category performance, P&L management, business KPIs and A&P budget. • Turning market, consumer and sales data into growth opportunities. • Driving 360° campaigns and special projects across media, digital and retail touchpoints. • Leading New Product Introduction plans and ensuring portfolio relevance.<br /
