Solution Architect Sigma Computing The SA role has evolved. Here’s the version we’re hiring for. The SA job in 2026 is not the SA job in 2023. Three things now sit at the center of how we evaluate this role. This hire has to do all three at a senior level, with the architectural depth to back it up. 1. Use AI every day to do the job better. If you are not using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalents to accelerate your account prep, architecture diagramming, prototype builds, RFP responses, and discovery synthesis, you are getting outworked by SAs who are. We expect this hire to treat AI tooling as default infrastructure, not novelty. Come with a point of view on what you run, why, and how you use it to compress weeks of work into days. 2. Sell AI into the account. Buyers want to talk about agents, MCP, A2A, context engineering, and which model is powering what. You have to be fluent. You know Sigma’s AI surface cold: Sigma Assistant in build, analyze, and plan modes, AI functions, input tables with LLM enrichment, MCP integration, and warehouse-native agent patterns. You can architect Sigma agents and warehouse agents into a customer’s stack and explain the tradeoffs to a head of data and a CISO in the same call. You also speak credibly about Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and the broader stack the customer already runs. 3. Sell against AI. Every enterprise deal has AI competition in it. Sometimes it is Databricks Genie. Sometimes it is Snowflake Cortex Analyst. Sometimes it is a systems integrator pitching a bespoke agent built over the weekend. You know where each of these breaks at scale, where Sigma’s warehouse-native architecture wins on governance, freshness, and cost, and how to draw the line for a skeptical CDO without hand-waving. You can defend that position in an architecture review, on a security questionnaire, and across three follow-up calls. About Sigma Sigma is the AI runtime environment for the modern enterprise. About the Job: We're looking for a Senior EMEA Marketing Manager to lead marketing in the region, in close collaboration with Sales, with field activities and events as the core part of the role. This is a senior, individual-contributor position for someone who knows how great regional B2B marketing programs are built — from tactics through hands-on execution — and who's looking to shape and build the approach rather than run a standard playbook. You'll join a growing international marketing team in an essential role for the team and business, reporting to the International Marketing Director. You'll take full ownership of the EMEA field calendar and act as the region's on the ground presence, with the scope to also contribute to broader regional marketing campaigns. In this role, you'll get to innovate and design impactful, memorable experiences that drive real results. Responsibilities: Own the EMEA field calendar end-to-end — from tactics and planning through execution and post-event follow-through, across owned events, third-party conferences, sponsorships, executive roundtables, and partner co-marketing events etc. Lead regional sponsorship approach and vendor management — negotiate sponsorship packages and deliverables, coordinate on assets and work with agencies, partners and vendors. Design differentiated, memorable experiences — go beyond the standard execution model to create formats that genuinely engage audiences and build awareness around the brand. Partner closely with EMEA Sales — work hand-in-hand with Sales and SDR teams on field activities, on-site engagement, and structured post-event follow-up. Act as a confident, credible voice with internal stakeholders to represent Marketing. Own reporting and ROI — track leads, pipeline capture, and spend against your Marketing activities and campaigns, and report results back to leadership. Operate independently — take action and define approach, budget requests, format, and vendors in line with Sales

About the role As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) focused on Inference & Post-Training, you will be a hands-on technical partner to our most strategic customers — production AI teams looking to leverage high quality models and do inference at scale. For us, FDE is not a replacement for a Solutions Architect; you will partner with our SAs as a deep-domain specialist in inference optimization, fine-tuning pipelines, and production deployment. As key contributors to both the CX, Engineering, and Sales organizations, FDEs add tremendous value by ensuring we can meet the requirements of our most complex POCs, facilitate successful platform adoption, and guide tailored optimization efforts — directly impacting customer success, company growth, and the hardening of our core platform. Must be a permanent resident or citizen of Singapore. Responsibilities Inference Engine Optimization: Select, configure, and optimize inference engine based on hardware, model architecture, and workload profile Configuration & Performance Tuning: Develop configuration updates to win critical POCs, benchmarks, and optimize customer deployments; tune KV cache, apply speculative decoding, determine optimal tensor parallelism, and determine quantization strategy to hit throughput and latency targets. Post-Training & Fine-Tuning: Drive hands-on RL training runs and optimize system design; guide customers through LoRA, SFT, DPO, RLHF, and GRPO pipelines from experimentation through production. Strategic Customer Alignment: Act as the primary technical point of contact for aligned strategic accounts — monitoring and optimizing endpoint configurations, helping customers get the most out of the platform, and collaborating to ensure we hit critical milestones. Opinionated Onboarding: Establish direct alignment with strategic customers at onboarding; ensure the right inference and post-training configurations are in place from day one to improve time-to-value. This role is designed to bridge the gap between digital-only coverage and strategic named coverage, with a focus on protecting ARR, improving customer outcomes, and delivering strong in-timezone support across EMEA, APAC, and Middle East customers. Unlike a strategic CSM managing a smaller number of complex $100K+ accounts, this role runs a more programmatic model across a larger book of business. The focus is on scalable value delivery, adoption management, renewal readiness, risk identification, customer triage, and coordinated support rather than deep executive engagement or highly customized strategic account plans. This is a strong fit for someone who combines Customer Success discipline with technical fluency, operational rigor, sound judgment, and the ability to manage a broad portfol
