For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day. Smartsheet is building the AI connectivity layer that lets enterprise teams work through the AI assistants they already use - Claude, Copilot, Gemini, and ChatGPT. The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is at the centre of that strategy, and this role owns its adoption and growth. With 7,500+ organisations connected across five AI platforms and an Anthropic case study validating Smartsheet's position, MCP is one of the most strategically significant product areas in the company. This is an individual contributor role for a senior product leader who owns product strategy through an adoption lens, and who lives with customers and power users to bridge field signals with engineering direction. The core personas are the people pushing AI hardest - CLI power users, agent builders, and the teams wiring tools and agents into their daily work. You are their voice inside Smartsheet, and Smartsheet's voice to them. This person operates as the product peer to the engineering lead for MCP, planning and launching together day to day. As the platform matures and this role builds the track record to take on more, we expect the scope to grow, potentially into leading industry-vertical specialisation (for example Pharma, Fintech, Construction) as those needs emerge. You will work remotely from the UK and report to the Director, Product Management. You Will: Own the MCP adoption strategy and shape roadmap priorities based on usage and persona evidence, in partnership with the Director of Engineering who owns the technical roadmap. Own the activ

Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era. Why this role exists Every foundation model lab is solving the same problem: build more capability. Almost nobody is solving the harder one — what happens when that capability meets a real organisation and real people who have to relearn how they work. That's the adoption layer , still wide open, and Multiverse sits in the unique position to solve this problem with ten years of proprietary learner and employer data driven from 1,500+ companies that no one else has. Diagnose & Prescribe ( D&P ) is the engine room of that problem. It works out what a learner or employer actually needs, then decides what they get funded for and which apprenticeship or learning path they're pointed to next. D&P is how we assess a learner's or employer's skill gaps, decide what they need, and point them to the right apprenticeship or learning path — so the blast radius here is human and financial, not just a dashboard metric. About the Role We're looking for a Software Engineer to build the systems that treat infrastructure as software. This role owns the software state machines that provision hardware, bring it into service, and manage its full lifecycle — turning racks of GPUs into running inference clusters without a human touching a runbook. The Research and Inference team is your customer: today they file tickets and wait; the target state is that they issue a single API call to stand up, scale, or tear down a cluster, and the system takes care of the rest. The platform is manifest-driven such that teams declare the desired state of a cluster or host — shape, topology, software stack — and the system is responsible for reconciling reality to that manifest, continuously, through every stage of its lifecycle. You will design the engines that manifest the schema, the engines that execute against it, and the workflows that carry a piece of hardware or a cluster from one state to the next—taking it from bare metal to a fully functioning AI cluster for training or inference. You'll write production code which is typed, tested, versioned, and deployed through CI/CD that models infrastructure state and reconciles it, the same way a Kubernetes controller reconciles a cluster's desired state. Success looks like eliminating manual provisioning work, not documenting it better. A product mindset - you've built internal platforms or APIs consumed by other engineering teams and care about the developer experience of what you ship. You build it, you own it. You are not only responsible for delivering the software but also for operating and supporting it in production. Responsibilities Build the provisioning state machine: design and implement the software that models the full lifecycle of a physical host from discovery, inference bring-up to GPU driver/CUDA stack, health validation, and decommission/RMA — as explicit, versioned states and transitions. Build the self-service API: design declarative

You'll build the systems, frameworks, and culture that allow the rest of engineering to own quality themselves; improving and extending our testing platform by creating the infrastructure that allows engineers to write and execute tests, and enable every engineering team to ship with more confidence.
