ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. At Baseten, we are building the global operating system for distributed, heterogeneous AI hardware. We believe that as LLM and multi-modal workloads scale, the network is the computer. We are looking for foundational engineers to lead our GPU Networking efforts, making RDMA a first-class building block in our infrastructure and unlocking the next generation of distributed inference optimizations. THE OPPORTUNITY Networking and compute are no longer separate disciplines; they are converging. The massive throughput of H100, B200, and NVL72 architectures enables and demands a new approach where communication is co-optimized alongside computation. We are entering an era where the network is an active accelerator, leveraging smart hardware offloads and direct interconnects to ensure that data movement operates at wire-speed. In this role, you will go beyond network configuration to architect the software fabric that unifies thousands of GPUs into a cohesive operating system. While you will leverage the best of the open-source ecosystem, you won't be limited by it. Where off-the-shelf solutions stop, you will build from scratch, engineering the primitives required to co-optimize communication and compute for Disaggregated Serving, Wide Expert Parallelism (WideEP), and lightening cold starts. WHAT YOU'LL DO Make RDMA First-Class: You will work on integrating RDMA/RoCE/InfiniBand capabilities directly into our inference stack,

As Senior Product Marketing Operations Manager, you will be a senior individual contributor who builds and runs the operating systems that help Product Marketing work with greater clarity, consistency, and impact Your initial mandate will span four connected areas: the lifecycle for foundational messaging and positioning assets; portfolio and roadmap visibility; PMM-side launch strategy and governance; and the planning rhythms and cross-functional interlocks that connect PMM with Solutions Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Product, Communications, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and program management partners - clarify decision rights and handoffs; surface dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs; and establish reusable standards, templates, and operating cadences that strengthen focus and accountability. About Meesho Meesho is India's fastest-growing internet commerce company, on a mission to democratize e-commerce for everyone. We serve millions of customers and over 1.75 million sellers through technology-driven innovation, building the scalable systems that power Meesho's most critical surfaces — Search, Recommendations, Personalized Ranking, Logistics, Fraud Detection, and Image Match. The AI Platform sits at the heart of this. It serves a peak of 1M+ real-time deep-learning model inferences per second on ordinary days, scaling 3x+ on sale days — with the reliability that scale demands. The team works at the frontier of applied AI and infrastructure — multi-region inference, novel embedding-search algorithms, and optimized open-weight LLM models — squeezing out every bit of computation and passing the cost savings straight back to customers. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager – AI Engineering to lead the development of scalable AI platforms and infrastructure while managing high-performing engineering teams. You will drive the design, delivery, and optimization of production-grade AI systems powering AI use cases across Meesho.
The Silicon Co-Design Group (SCG) sits at the crossroads of architecture, design, marketing, operations, and productization. Our work spans early architecture through final product delivery across Datacenter, Gaming, Robotics, Automotive, and Embedded markets. We work closely across functions to deliver chips that change what is possible. NVIDIA’s Silicon Co-Design Group is hiring a Chip Lead to serve as the technical lead for one of our most consequential silicon programs! This is not project management, and it is not a senior IC role. You are the person the program partners with on its hardest technical questions — when the right answer is not obvious, and when leadership needs a single technical perspective to align on direction. You are accountable for the technical integrity of the chip end-to-end. You guide co-design feature integration, help resolve the toughest multi-functional bugs, and serve as the project-specific custodian of the qualification playbook. The program runs cleaner because you are on it! What you’ll be doing: You will partner across design, validation, software, and manufacturing to keep the program’s technical narrative clear and on track. Day to day, you will: Serve as the single technical point of contact for multi-functional decisions, issues, and trade-offs. Co-lead program-level feature integration from chip to system, surfacing inter-function dependencies and guiding them to resolution. Help resolve the program’s hardest multi-functional bugs by translating ambiguous, multi-team symptoms into root-cause closure on areas such as HBM, power and thermal, high-speed I/O, and packaging. Steward the qualification playbook. When the playbook does not fit a situation, guide the mitigations and capture the lessons as reusable methodology for other SSG programs. Shape the program’s technical narrative by surfacing key risks, trade
NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. It’s a unique legacy of innovation that’s fueled by great technology—and amazing people. Today, we’re tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. An era in which our GPU acts as the brain of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. Doing what’s never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent. As a NVIDIAN, you’ll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world. NVIDIA Silicon Codesign Group is seeking a versatile engineer to join the HW bring-up methodology team. The SCG team is uniquely positioned to have an end-to-end view of the product development cycle - from early architecture definition, through bringup, to product release. What will you be doing: Led end-to-end planning and on-time execution of Nvidia's new chip bringup effort, from pre-silicon through production deployment. Coordinate multi-functional teams across Architecture, Build, Validation, DFT, SW, System, and Operations to drive shared bringup achievements. Improve cross-team communication, work, and handoffs. Develop and standardize methodologies, processes, and workflows for silicon bringup, creating reusable checklists and playbooks. Drive scheduling, equipment, and material logistics to support ambitious NPI and production schedules. Lead post-action reviews and convert learnings into concrete process improvements for future silicon and solution bringups. Contribute to post-silicon learnings that feed back into architecture, design, and pre-silicon
