A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role Palantir powers mission-critical work across federal health and civilian agencies - from improving patient care and accelerating public health responses, to helping farmers access services, modernizing tax record reviews, and improving aviation safety. Forward Deployed Software Engineers (FDSEs) work directly with customers to rapidly understand their hardest problems and build solutions against them. Projects often start with an open-ended question: "How do we respond to a foodborne illness outbreak faster?" or "Where is our medical supply chain failing patients?" Your job is to show up and solve them. In Federal Health/Civil, your responsibilities look like those of a startup CTO. You'll own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects within small, high-ownership teams, spanning the full stack of execution: whiteboarding architecture with engineers, building data pipelines and operational workflows, deploying AI agents, advising customer executives, and driving strategy with your team - sometimes all in the same day. Whether you want to be an entrepreneur or an engineering leader, Palantir is built to get you there. You'll learn to unpack ambiguous problems and reason carefully about the cost and consequence of solutions. You'll work autonomously, make consequential decisions, and build with some of the country's most important institutions - with colleagues who will support and challenge you along the way.

A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role We're looking for an Information Security Engineer who can think broadly about how infrastructure is built, attacked, defended, and improved. You may have deep experience in one area—such as endpoint security, Active Directory, Data Loss Prevention, cloud security, identity, or detection and response—but you’re motivated by solving security problems across the environment. As an Information Security Engineer focused on infrastructure security, you'll help protect Palantir's global endpoints, servers, identity systems, applications, networks, and data flows. You'll work across teams to reduce attack surface, improve defensive controls, investigate security events, and turn security findings into durable architectural and operational improvements. This is not just a corporate security role; the adversaries we face are sophisticated. We need someone who understands both the details and the broader system: how a weakness in one part of the environment can create risk somewhere else, how controls interact, and how to build security improvements that hold up in practice.

By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role Palantir has long been a landing spot for top Grandes Écoles engineering students and graduates. In this spirit, we are excited to launch a 12-month fellowship in New York City for students and recent graduates of the Grandes Écoles. Fellows will join alongside full-time Palantirians, supplemented with programming curated to fuel growth and criticality. Fellowships will begin October 2026. Candidates can participate in the fellowship during Grandes Écoles’ gap year, as a 3rd year internship, or within 12-months of graduation. Forward Deployed Software Engineers (FDSEs) work directly with customers to quickly understand their greatest problems and design and implement solutions to use data against them. Our customers rely on Palantir’s platforms for some of their most critical operations, and projects often start with an open ended question like "How do we evaluate wildfire risk and optimize a power grid as a result" or "How do we quickly assess our food supply chain and modify it to deliver life saving assistance on time?" As an FDSE, you’ll apply your problem solving ability, creativity, and technical skills to help organizations use their data to drive a real impact in the world. You’ll have the opportunity to gain rare insight into and contribute to some of the world’s most important industries and institutions. This role is based in our New York City office and is open to students and recent graduates of the French Grandes Écoles. Core Responsibilities As an FDSE Intern, your responsibilities look similar to those at a small startup, with the resources, stability and mentorship of an established tech company: You’ll work in small teams with mi

By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role As a Forward Deployed Reliability Engineer (FDRE), you ensure stability and reliability of mission-critical workflows built on Palantir software. You gather signal by going on call — resolving problems before the customer is impacted — and use those learnings to drive product change, shape our internal tooling, and refine our operational processes such that we provide an increasing quality of service to more and more customers. Your approach is hands-on and pragmatic: you’ll rapidly address issues as they arise with quick and effective solutions and advocate for workflow or product improvements after the immediate issue is resolved. You are energized by engaging directly with problems, from writing a script to automate a manual task, to finding creative workarounds, or building a case for a product enhancement. You don’t just fix issues— you look for opportunities to simplify, automate, and make the entire system more resilient. An FDRE synthesizes learnings from support into best practices for others to follow. These are captured into documentation and shared with the team and broader organization. In this way, you raise the bar for reliability and efficiency across Palantir.
