About the Team The Spark Platform team owns and operates DoorDash's Apache Spark ecosystem — the execution runtime, remote shuffle service, cluster scheduler, and reliability tooling that powers the company's data, analytics, and ML workloads. We run Spark across the company at significant scale and continue to expand the workloads, capabilities, and consumer base we serve. Orchestrating and operating thousands of Spark cluster deployments is a complex distributed system problem which the team invests heavily in runtime optimization, systems architecture, multi-tenant scheduling, and end-user tooling. About the Role As a Software Engineer on Spark Platform, you will execute across the surfaces of our in-house Spark deployment that serves the entire company. The work spans Spark runtime upgrades and performance, multi-tenant scheduling and executor bin-packing on Kubernetes, cluster lifecycle automation, and the observability and incident automation that keep the platform sustainable. You will move between layers as the work demands — picking up the next high-leverage problem regardless of where it sits — and partner closely with the rest of the team and with platform consumers across the company. You must be located in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Seattle, or New York City for this hybrid position. You will report into the Engineering Manager on our Spark Platform team. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Build and operate an in-house Spark platform that runs at company-wide scale, spanning runtime, scheduler, reliability, and user-facing tooling. Drive multi-tenant scheduling, executor bin-packing, and cost-aware placement that let a small team serve dozens of consumer teams. Own pieces of cluster lifecycle automation — provisioning, upgrades, capacity changes, and node-failure handling — at a scale where these stop being manual events. Build the observability and incident automation that make the platform debuggable end-to-end and keep on-call sus

Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all. Join an inclusive team passionate about one thing: using their expertise in the relentless pursuit of innovation for customers and partners. The solutions we build help make everything from virtual reality experiences to breakthroughs in neural networks possible. We do it all while committing to integrity, sustainability, and giving back to our communities. Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing. Job Responsibilities: Lead process integration (PI) structural uniformity and cross‑loop integration for critical modules (e.g., capacitance loop), owning end‑to‑end integration strategies to resolve yield, quality, and reliability gaps. Drive physics‑ and process‑based integration solutions through close collaboration with cross‑module process owners, PI subject‑matter experts, and key suppliers to optimise integration structures and achieve BIC yield and quality targets . Develop and apply model‑based root cause analysis frameworks (transport, reaction kinetics, pattern density, and geometry‑dependent effects) to diagnose structural non‑uniformity. Define, implement, and continuously strengthen critical inline monitoring and defence lines (CD, film loss, mass delta, defectivity, edge/periphery metrics) to ensure robust control of structural uniformity. Own and advance product integration programs and loop‑level domain expertise , maintaining deep technical knowledge across node transitions. Proactively drive node‑over‑node “shift‑left” integration , including early implementation of uniformity, bevel, and backside best‑known‑methods (BKMs) during development phases to accel
Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About the Role We’re rolling out Go support at production scale at Notion, and we need an owner who can make it durable. You’ll lead the work to turn Go into a fully supported, well-operated platform: reliable and scalable service patterns, paved paths for our tooling stack, and the guardrails that make building in Go feel fast and safe. This role matters because our next wave of AI and agent-driven products will require backend services where Node won’t always be the right fit, and the platform decisions we make now will compound for years. While Go is the core focus, this role sits within Developer Experience and will regularly tackle other high-leverage engineering productivity challenges, developer experience ranging from AI-assisted development workflows and remote agent environments to CI performance, deployments, and reliability tooling. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.

Who we are About Privy Our mission is to make privacy and user ownership the default online. To do so, we build simple, flexible APIs and tools for developers that make it easy to build new products on crypto rails. Privy owns the abstractions and infrastructure layer above wallets, integrating across chains, third-party providers, and Stripe products like Treasury and Link. We get to solve hard technical problems while leveraging Stripe's distribution to reach customers like Ramp, Klarna, Deel, Kraken, Hyperliquid, and Fomo — powering experiences for both mainstream users and crypto natives. About the team Engineering at Privy is distinguished by: High urgency—Shipping very small iterations, very fast, to learn very quickly.
