The Account Manager works cross-functionally with internal teams to identify opportunities for account expansion, resolve issues, and deliver a seamless client experience. Duties/Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts. Develop account plans outlining strategies for growth, retention, and upsell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Implementation, and Support, to deliver high-quality client experiences.
