As our Recruiting Operations Program Manager, you'll find where the recruiting team is losing time or quality, confirm it with data, and build and run the program that fixes it. Some of that work is quick, like a data pull for leadership or an Ashby answer for a recruiter. Some of it spans months and needs executive buy-in. You'll identify, build and own programs end to end, from redesigning core recruiting processes to building and shipping AI-powered tools that change how our recruiters work every day. You'll work across Ashby, Notion, Slack, and Claude, and treat AI as a core part of how recruiting runs. RESPONSIBILITIES Break large, ambiguous problems into clear phases, owners, and deadlines, and drive them through to adoption, not just launch. Lead large-scale recruiting programs end to end: secure leadership buy-in, manage timelines across stakeholders, and use data to decide what to change and how to measure it. Analyze interview plans, pass-through rates, stage timing, and interviewer load in Ashby, and turn findings into concrete recommendations. Own data hygiene and job setup consistency across the pipeline so leadership can trust recruiting reporting, and build the dashboards and reports the team relies on. Support operational asks from recruiters and leadership, and turn repeated asks into self-serve tools or documented answers. Build, p

This role will also own the current 1P+3P delivery-tracking layer within Operations: milestones, delivery timelines, quantity forecasts, risks, decisions, and executive reporting. You will partner closely with 1P Delivery Program Management, Compute TPMs, Data Center Engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations leaders to ensure that delivery information becomes complete, usable input for readiness, handover, and ongoing operations. You will own program health and the operating system around it: the goals, data definitions, workflows, reporting, decision paths, and follow-through that help functional DRIs execute. The ideal candidate is comfortable in ambiguity, technically fluent enough to implement real systems, and relentless about converting scattered information into durable mechan
