Here's a summary of the role: Identity infrastructure is not glamourware . It doesn't get standing ovations at company all-hands. But it is the thing every product in the portfolio depends on, and when it breaks, everyone knows. If you're the kind of PM who finds that genuinely interesting, read on. This role is for someone who has lived inside SAML flows, argued over PKCE token lifetimes, and knows exactly why SSO bypass lists are a necessary compromise. You'll own the authentication platform that thousands of enterprise customers trust, and you'll shape it alongside engineers who go deep. No surface-level roadmap ownership here. Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the important stuff) Own the product strategy and roadmap for core authentication flows: SAML 2.0, OIDC/OAuth 2.0 with PKCE, MFA enforcement, token lifecycle management, and multi-IdP federation. Make product decisions that sit at the intersection of system design, security architecture, and developer experience, working directly with senior engineers on protocol choices and infrastructure trade-offs. Drive adoption of platform identity capabilities across internal engineering teams through influence, moving products toward modern API patterns and away from legacy integration surfaces. Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to prototype ideas and validate concepts before you pitch them; this is expected, not optional. Track the IAM standards landscape, including passkeys, FIDO2, SCIM, zero-trust, and verifiable credentials, and use that knowledge to sharpen product direction. Translate complex authentication concepts (JWT structures, SAML assertions, PKCE handshakes) into clear specs, user stories, and prioritized backlogs for audiences from engineers to executives. These are the essentials you'll ne

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About the Team Product Platform builds and owns the shared foundations the rest of Replit is built on, spanning the full stack so every other team can ship features safely and quickly. Identity & Authorization defines how people, agents, sandboxes, and services prove who they are and what they can do. These systems protect critical product and service interactions across Replit's web product, Agent, enterprise controls, and internal services. Our work is high-leverage and horizontal: when identity and policy are clear, reliable, and easy to adopt, every other team can move faster without rebuilding security controls. We are a small, collaborative team that values curiosity and clear thinking over pedigree, and we work in the open by bringing each other the problem rather than just the request. We care more about how you reason and build than the route you took to get here. About the Role As a Software Engineer , you will design, build, and operate the identity and authorization systems that protect critical interactions on Replit, including Agent acting on behalf of a user or holding their own identity. The work is guided by a few simple questions: Can every protected request prove which workload made it, which principal it represents, and who is acting on that principal's behalf? Can product teams express policy once and trust the same decision across web, mobile, Agent, and internal services? Can enterprise administrators control who can access each workspace, app, connector, and Agent capability without navigating a permission maze as well as having a legible ledger of decisions? Can Agent act for a user across long-running and durable work without receiving broad or long-lived credentials? Are identity and auth

About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the Role Sentry's blog, newsletter, and content programs need an owner — someone who can walk into ambiguity, decide what needs to exist, and just start making it happen. This is a self-starter role in the truest sense: no one is handing you a content calendar and asking you to fill it in, you're the one building the calendar. You should be quick with a draft and quicker to ship it — bias to action over polished process. You're technically savvy enough to keep up with a developer audience and write about our product credibly (or make an exec sound like they wrote it themselves). And you're proactive: you see the narrative before anyone asks you to go find it. You'll work collaboratively with Growth, Comms, PMM, and DevEx, with real ownership and editorial judgment to know what's worth writing and what isn't. In this role you will Co-lead blog strategy. Partner closely with Growth to run the editorial calendar, and scale the program by focusing on creating thought leadership, customer and employer brand content to create a robust narrative driven editorial program in collaboration with comms, devex and product marketing. Oversee the quality itself. Be the last line of defense on quality and prose — every post should read like it came from the same sharp, confident voice.
