What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. The opportunity Most sales leaders inherit a playbook. You'll write one. As a founding first sales manager, you'll partner with the founders, own the number end-to-end from first conversation to expansion, and use AI and our own product to build a team of full-stack sellers that outsells teams 5x their size. What works for our team becomes what works for every sales team running on Mutiny. The calls you make on hiring, motion, and product feedback will shape the company well beyond the sales org. This role is in person in New York City, five days a week. What you'll own Revenue. Sales-led revenue, end-to-end. Pipeline, conversion, ARR, retention, and expansion. The number is yours. PLG to enterprise. Define qualification, build the enterprise pipeline, and turn self-serve signups at companies like Rippling, Uber, Snowflake, Zendesk, and Gusto into seven-figure deals. Outbound. Generate net new meetings with the hottest AI companies and enterprises in the market. Build the motion, run it yourself first, then teach it. The team. Hire, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives into top performers. The ceiling on revenue is the ceiling on the team you build. The playbook. Write the sales motion that becomes the default for every team running on Mutiny. What works here ships to thousands

This is the traditional EA role and then well past it: you'll manage the calendar, inbox, and travel, but you'll also spot trends, build the processes and communication systems that make her better at her job, and act as her voice when it counts. You'll run the physical and social heartbeat of the company too, from the office to the events that keep a fast-growing team connected. Do this well and you become the person Jaleh and the whole company can't imagine operating without. What you'll own Jaleh's time. Calendar, email, travel, expenses, and event coordination. Be the trusted partner who responds fast and resolves every internal request before it becomes a problem. The inbox, in her voice. Build playbooks for processing email on Jaleh's behalf and route only what truly needs her. This takes sharp judgment, strong writing, and a real feel for how she thinks and how the company works. The calendar as strategy. Work with Jaleh each quarter to shape a calendar that reflects her actual priorities. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Vanta's Design Systems team is the foundational layer that powers visual consistency, design quality, and engineering velocity across all of Vanta's product surfaces. We build and maintain Vanta's shared component library (Alpaca), design tokens, interaction patterns, and documentation, enabling product designers and engineers to ship high-quality, cohesive experiences at scale. As Vanta grows across GRC, Trust, and new product areas, and as AI and agentic experiences become a first-class part of the product, Design Systems is increasingly responsible for a harder problem than static component consistency: building a system that can flex for AI-driven, runtime-composed UI and agent chat and canvas experiences, without losing the craft and coherence that makes Alpaca trustworthy across the org. This role sits at that intersection. You'll help define how a design system stays foundational when the product itself is becoming more dynamic and model-aware. What you’ll do as a Staff Product Designer at Vanta: Lead the strategy, evolution, and execution of Alpaca, ensuring it scales with the needs of a rapidly growing, increasingly AI-driven product organization Extend the design system to support AI and agent product patterns, including agent chat and canvas experiences and components that need to adapt based on runtime or model context Partner with product designers and engineers across every product team to define, document, and ship new components, patterns, and guidelines Establish and evolve governance models, contribution frameworks, and quality standards that let every designer at Vanta build consistently, including for AI-nat

We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Customers increasingly use AI agents like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and internal Slack agents to run their business processes, and security and compliance work is no exception. For those agents to do that work, they need access to Vanta’s trust graph and intelligence layer. Vanta is building for that world: security and compliance products that customers can use through Vanta, through third-party agent platforms, and inside their own internal tools. As Senior Product Manager, Agent Ecosystem, you will own Vanta’s external agent surfaces: MCP, CLI, and plugins in marketplaces like Claude Code, Codex, and ChatGPT. Your job is to make Vanta the trusted compliance layer that agents rely on. You will define the strategy, ship the products, and own the outcomes. What you’ll do as a Senior Product Manager, Agent Ecosystem at Vanta: Own the strategy and roadmap for Vanta’s agent ecosystem products. Define how agents discover, access, and safely use Vanta capabilities, partnering with the platform teams that own APIs and authentication. Hold outcome parity as a product principle: work a customer can complete in Vanta should be possible through MCP, CLI, and plugin surfaces too. Lead marketplace and plugin launches, aligning product, engineering, legal, security, and go-to-market around each one. Partner with engineering and design to ship secure, reliable developer products.
