University Recruiter About Graviton : Graviton Research Capital is a global quantitative trading and investment firm driven by technology, mathematics and rigorous problem-solving. We bring together exceptional talent across quantitative research, software engineering and technology to solve some of the most challenging problems in the industry. Our university talent ecosystem is one of the most important engines for building Graviton's future — and one of the most operationally demanding to run well. The Role : We are looking for a campus talent professional who can both think in systems and execute in detail — someone who can shape how Graviton identifies, engages, assesses and converts exceptional early-career talent, and who is equally comfortable owning the on-the-ground execution that makes a hiring cycle run without friction. Depending on experience, this role can be scoped as a hands-on execution owner running the campus hiring engine end-to-end, or as a strategic owner architecting the assessment frameworks, university strategy and program design that the engine runs on — in both cases, you will partner closely with Quant and Tech leaders and be accountable for the full lifecycle: university outreach, assessments, internships, PPO conversion and onboarding. What You Will Own Campus Talent Strategy & Ecosystem Building Build and maintain relationships with priority institutions (IITs, IIITs, BITS and relevant global universities), placement offices, faculty and student communities. Drive year-round engagement - events, technical talks and competitions — to strengthen Graviton's employer brand outside peak hiring windows. Assessment & Selection Coordinate (or design and standardize, at senior levels) rigorous selection frameworks in partnership with Tech and Quant teams — scheduling assessments, allocating panels, driving timely feedback, and building interviewer calibration mechanisms to keep evaluation objective and consistent. About the role As a Customer Success Manager I at 3rdRisk, you're the person who turns a new customer into a confident, successful one. You own onboarding from kickoff to go-live — guiding organizations through implementation and configuration until they're getting real value from the platform — and you stay with them afterwards as their trusted point of contact, running the relationship through regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews. Based out of Diligent's Vancouver office, you'll serve 3rdRisk customers across North America as part of a Customer Success team that's still taking shape: four CSMs split across Vancouver and Amsterdam, working closely as one team across both hubs. That early stage is the opportunity. Alongside the customer work, you'll help build the function itself — turning what works into repeatable playbooks, templates, and processes, and helping align how 3rdRisk operates as it integrates with Diligent. You'll have real ownership from day one and a direct hand in shaping how the team works as it grows. It's a role for someone who genuinely enjoys the customer relationship, likes creating structure where there isn't any yet, and wants to grow their Customer Success career somewhere their work has visible impact. What you'll do Own customer onboarding end to end — from kickoff through configuration to go-live — so every new customer reaches value quickly and confidently. Build and continuously improve the onboarding experience, capturing what works in playbooks, templates, and documentation the whole team can use. Run the ongoing relationship with your customers: proactive check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews, and the day-to-day partnership that drives adoption, satisfaction, and retention. Be the trusted point of contact your customers rely on, and step in on more complex situations — coordinating with product, support, and engineering to get to a resolution. Help build 3rdRisk's Customer Success function: shaping process, tooling, and
Position Overview: We are excited to introduce a newly created Senior HR Business Partner role, partnering directly with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and strategic workforce planning across the business. Central to the role is holding senior leaders accountable for their own growth as leaders: coaching them with the same rigor they are expected to apply to their teams, so that as leaders level up, their team’s level up alongside them. You will help drive effective people practices by balancing business priorities with employee experience and will play a key role in evolving Diligent’s HR operating model toward more strategic, AI-enabled ways of working. The ideal candidate is collaborative, business-minded, and solutions-oriented, with strong judgment, communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders – while being direct enough to hold them to account. Key Responsibilities Serve as a senior strategic HR partner to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) for an assigned business unit or regional pod, leading org design, talent planning, succession planning, and coaching. Develop the people strategy for the business unit or function you support, in partnership with senior leadership, translating business strategy and objectives into a people plan that delivers maximum impact. Lead strategic workforce planning for the business unit — including how work is organised across people and AI agents — and navigating the balance between building AI capability and developing the human skills needed for the future in an AI-first organisation. Partner with the HR Director on implementation and functional roll-out of the broader people strategy. Lead the business unit’s talent and performance cycles, including goal-setting/OKR cadence, SLT-level calibrations, compensation review for the SLT-and-below population, and 9-box grid review. Drive turning workforce, engageme
Join the team shaping the future of AI at Scale. Scale builds RL environments: sandboxed replicas of the digital spheres where real knowledge work occurs and built from the operating data of the companies that actually hold it. As the Data Acquisition Lead , you will own the commercial motion that gets us that data end to end. You will figure out which companies sit on the data for the next domain worth owning and then go and get it. This is a zero-to-one function with no playbook. You should be prepared to wear many hats, from thesis-driven dealmaker to hands-on operator to technical translator between commercial and Research teams. You will: Map the supply side. Work backwards from where labs are pushing to the specific organizations holding the underlying data. Build a thesis on which domains are worth owning and in what order. Invent the deal structures. You'll work with Scale’s legal team to define the first version of how these transactions get priced. Close. Own it from cold outreach to signature. Close the loop with the technical side. You need to hold a real conversation about what makes a dataset trainable and become an expert in what makes this underlying data valuable. Build the machine. Do the work by hand first, then turn what you learn into a repeatable pipeline. Ideally, you’d have: 5+ years across some mix of business development, corp dev, commercial strategy, or early-stage GTM. The label matters less than a track record of building a commercial motion that didn't exist before you got there A strong track record of managing important external relationships Strong business judgment and the ability to evaluate partnership value quickly Clear communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders Ability to operate independently while staying closely connected to cross-functional teams A practical, hands-on approach to building new functions from the ground up Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Experience in
About the Role This role will serve as a key execution partner to the GenAI Customer Compliance Manager, with a strong focus on supporting GenAI delivery workflows through embedded compliance operations and Legal coordination. The GenAI Compliance Operations & Programs Associate will sit at the intersection of Delivery, Ops, and Legal, ensuring that compliance considerations are integrated early in the project lifecycle, risks are clearly identified and prioritized, and Legal is engaged with the right context at the right time. By owning execution, coordination, and delivery integration, this role frees the Customer Compliance Manager to focus on strategy, governance, and risk frameworks. The role requires strong operational ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to drive alignment across fast-moving, cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Compliance Review Operations & Legal Coordination Manage end-to-end compliance review workflows for GenAI projects — from early-stage intake through review, approval, launch, and verification — in close partnership with Engagement Management and Delivery. Evaluate incoming work for compliance risk signals (e.g., data sensitivity, copyright exposure, privacy concerns); triage and prioritize requests for Legal based on risk, scope, and delivery timelines. Partner with Engagement Management to translate and execute risk mitigation at both the project and customer level, gather operational input to develop and prioritize systematic compliance controls, and train/educate Ops stakeholders on common or emerging compliance risks. Ensure Legal receives clear, structured, and actionable context; coordinate reviewers across Legal and internal teams to support SLA adherence. Identify workflow friction points and contribute to improving processes, templates, and prioritization frameworks. Maintain dashboards to track throughput, bottlenecks, SLAs, and risk trends.
