Description of the Role / Role Purpose Pratham International is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support its global leadership team. This role is established as a centralized team resource rather than a traditional personal assistant role. You will act as the logistical anchor for the Executive Group (EG), ensuring seamless operations across scheduling, international travel, and board schedules. The successful candidate will be a proactive partner to leadership, capable of managing complex logistics across multiple time zones and providing high-level administrative support to board committees. Role Overview As the Head of Channel Partnerships at Pi Commerce, you will own the critical partnerships that give our platform its infrastructure channels and its global reach. This role comprises two halves, but carries one strategic mandate: secure and deepen the structural platform and carrier relationships that power our messaging core, while simultaneously building out the regional partner networks that scale our product across new geographies. Core Responsibilities & Ownership  Platform & Carrier Partnerships: Directly manage structural relationships with Meta (WhatsApp), Jio, and key telcos/aggregators backend infrastructure for SMS, RCS, and Voice. Own commercials, rate cards, technical access layer negotiations, BSP/ISV statuses, and co-marketing entitlements. Your success means securing better commercial terms, enhanced platform access, and early roadmap visibility.  Channel GTM Partnerships: Recruit, sign, and rapidly enable high-performing resellers, Systems Integrators (SIs), and distribution partners across the UAE and the wider GCC region. Build the full partner lifecycle framework from scratch, including partner selection, custom commercial matrices, enablement programs, and joint pipeline mechanics.  Partner-Sourced Revenue Pipeline: Carry a direct revenue quota. At Pi Commerce, partnerships are treated as a primary revenue generator, not a relationship maintenance cost center. You will be actively measured on structural channel access secured and net- new partner-sourced annual contract value (ACV). This position is responsible for planning, prioritization, design and implementation of enhancements to Topgolf’s Coupa Source to Pay applications and MuleSoft, PI/PO, API and SFTP interfaces between Coupa and other systems. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Own end-to-end solution design for system enhancements and new releases for Topgolf’s Coupa applications including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, system configuration, testing, training, SOPs and post-production support. Drive the supplier enablement efforts for key vendors, partnering with the Coupa administrator on cXML connection setup, testing, and management of cXML vendor connections. Provide support for system users on new and existing functionality as needed. Manage interfaces into and out of Coupa, including monitoring performance and errors, making corrections as needed to enable documents to properly flow in and out, determining root causes. Build and maintain forms, approval chains, analytics and AIC reports in Coupa based on the evolving needs of the business. Maintain lookup values from GL master data changes in SAP.
