We’re hiring at Paytm Payments Services Limited(PPSL) About the Role- As a Product Manager (Devices), you will own and lead the device charter across Soundbox, EDC, and emerging AI-enabled devices. You will set the strategy, define the roadmap, and work closely with CXOs to drive merchant experience, operational efficiency, and business impact. Key Responsibilities- - Define and own the device roadmap & vision aligned to Paytm’s growth strategy. - Lead end-to-end device lifecycle management: activation → monitoring → predictive health → refurb/replacement → end-of-life. - Drive AI-powered device innovation (merchant-facing AI device, multilingual bot integration). -Influence leadership and cross-functional priorities with data-backed recommendations. - Mentor PMs/Associate PMs and build a strong device product culture. - Track industry benchmarks and competitive landscape to position Paytm devices ahead of peers. About the Role We are looking for a strategic, customer-focused and data-driven Product Manager to own and scale products and experiences for Paytm’s offline merchant ecosystem. The role will be responsible for defining product strategy, identifying customer and business opportunities, building product roadmaps and driving end-to-end execution across the product lifecycle. The candidate will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Business, Operations and other cross-functional teams to build products that improve merchant adoption, engagement, productivity and retention. About the Team: We are the Central Data and AI Product team, responsible for building and managing the analytical products and datasets that power decision-making across Paytm. We’re rebuilding how analytics gets done at the company. As a central product team, we drive the build and adoption of our data platform in close partnership with consumer teams across business verticals (Online Payments and Offline Payments) and functions (Growth, Risk, Data Science). About the Role: This is a senior Data Product Management role for someone who enjoys marrying business analytics problems to simplified data design solutions. You will own a portfolio within the Central Data and AI Product charter, lead a small, high-leverage team (1–2 PMs and 1 analyst), and partner with engineering and business stakeholders to ship products that scale across the organisation. JOB PURPOSE: DGM, Legal and Head of Department We are seeking candidature of an effective & efficient individual in managerial position in PPSL, who would be aligned with the central Litigation team and will be dealing with LEAs for southern region, (for the entire OCL group). He/ She will also facilitate, expedite and ensure on -time responses and support the zonal/national leads for timely submission of data/documents etc with the LEAs. PRINCIPAL ROLE FUNCTIONALITY: ● Co-ordinate with Police units for the southern region, draft/ furnish replies to notices received u/s 94 & 106 of the BNSS and ensure co-operation with respect to the investigations being carried on by LEAs/ Police authorities. ● Coordination with LEAs/ Police authorities for the southern region. ● Should work closely with business teams and provide necessary support for dealing with requests/notices from LEAs. ● Should work closely with business/functional teams to file criminal complaints and ensure progression of cases at the Police Stations and/or Magisterial/Sessions courts. ● Offer advice on day to day matters impacting the businesses. ● Should be able to draft responses to legal notices, vet/draft pleadings and appear in courts as authorised representative of the Company. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: ● Candidate must be a law graduate with 5-9 years of practical experience in a similar role. ● Sound knowledge of criminal/BNSS and civil procedural laws, command over IPC/BNS, PMLA and other statutory/regulatory laws and regulations governing the Fin-tech space. ● Strong, proactive communication skills, verbal and written proficiency in English, Hindi and vernacular languages. ● Demonstrated ability to work with multiple teams, including the ability to translate into clear business terms and otherwise “demystify” complex legal concepts for less legally sophisticated internal client groups. ● Strong assertive personality, unquestioned integrity and ethics in business and personal co
