This is a senior individual contributor role, you will partner closely with our APJ General Manager and senior leadership team, leading critical hiring across the region. Your primary focus will be Go-to-Market, owning searches across all levels, from individual contributors through to senior and executive hiring. As business priorities evolve, you’ll also support critical hiring across other functions and areas of the business. This role goes beyond running an excellent recruiting process. You’ll be a trusted talent advisor who understands the APJ market, can influence and challenge senior leaders, brings data and market intelligence to decisions, and remains exceptional at the craft of finding and engaging great talent. You’ll be our first recruiter in Singapore, but you won’t be building alone. You’ll be part of an established APJ and global Talent Acquisition team, with the opportunity to shape how we recruit and compete for talent across the region.
