About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. Sometimes that is a fast, structured qualitative assessment and other times it is a deep FAIR-based quantitative analysis. Either way you bring leadership a clear position, the tradeoffs, and honest uncertainty, and you defend it under challenge. In parallel, you will help turn quantitative risk into a product partner teams can leverage, and define the standards a growing risk function will run on. Key responsibilities Enable leadership and partner teams to make risk-informed decisions. Take ambiguous risk questions, drive them to a documented decision, and communicate the quantitative and qualitative tradeoffs clearly Lead quantitative analysis of the company's top security risk scenarios using FAIR, calibrated estimation, and simulat

At Qualia, we've built the leading B2B real estate technology that transforms the home buying and selling experience into a simple, secure, and enjoyable process. Our SMB and Enterprise products bring together users from across the real estate ecosystem---homebuyers and sellers, lenders, title and escrow agents, and real estate agents---onto a single shared digital closing platform, providing greater clarity and transparency to real estate transactions. Today, through our business customers across the country, millions of consumers use Qualia to close on homes every year. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON As the Information Security Engineering Manager, you'll lead the team that owns that mission. This is a player/coach role reporting to the Head of Information Security: you'll manage a team of talented security engineers—setting direction, unblocking their work, and growing their careers—while staying hands-on enough to review a detection, step into an incident, or ship an automation yourself. Because purchasing a home is often the largest financial transaction of our users' lives, the stakes for getting security right are real. Our Information Security team doesn't rely on assumptions—we identify where they've been made, assess the risk, and communicate it clearly to the business. We define what "normal" looks like across our products, customers, employees, and assets, and we own the detection and response when something deviates from that baseline. Your mandate is to scale the team's impact faster than its headcount. That means making automation and AI-assisted workflows the default across detection, triage, investigation, and response—so every engineer covers more surface area with higher signal—while preserving the pragmatic, business-first judgment that protects the company without standing in the way of its growth. Security at Qualia isn't siloed—it touches every team and every product. You'll be as comfortable digging into an alert with an engineer as you are briefing an

Our Security team keeps Asana's employees, users, and customers safe by proactively addressing threats and fostering a culture of security across our product and operations. We're looking for a Staff Detection Engineer to join our Threat Response team in our Warsaw innovation hub. You'll own how we find threats: the detection logic, the telemetry it runs on, and the pipeline that ships it. Detection here is software. Rules are written as code, tested against real and synthetic attacker behavior, reviewed in pull requests, and deployed through CI/CD. You'll partner with our incident responders, infrastructure, and product teams to make sure that when something bad happens, we see it fast and with high signal. We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland. What you'll achieve Design, build, and maintain high-fidelity detections across cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), identity providers (e.g., Okta), SaaS environments, endpoints, and the software supply chain. Own our detection-as-code pipeline in Panther: rule structure, unit and integration tests, review standards, and CI/CD deployment, so detection logic is treated as production code. Map and close coverage gaps against MITRE ATT&CK and the threat model for our environment, prioritizing the techniques most likely to be used against a SaaS company. Onboard and normalize new telemetry sources , working with infrastructure and IT to make sure the right logs exist, are complete, and are queryable. Measure and improve alert quality , tracking precision, time-to-triage, and false-positive rates, and tuning or retiring detections that don't earn their keep. Validate detections against real attacker behavior through purple-team exercises, atomic tests, and emulation, and feed findings back into rule development. Turn incidents and threat intelligence into detections , partnering with incident responders to convert lessons learned and emerging TTPs into durable coverage. Build enrichment and automati
