Impact: You'll bring order and visibility to a high-throughput, high-complexity part of the business. Every pilot you map makes the next one faster to run and easier to hand off. Experience: You’ll come from a Product or Delivery or Operations background and have cross-functional skills. Building the plane while flying it should excite you, not scare you. You're comfortable being the person who asks the detailed questions until the system actually makes sense – and you know how to represent what you've learned so that other people can act on it immediately, without a meeting. About the Team Product Management in Meesho closely resembles our rocketship growth. Because we obsess over understanding customer behaviour, we’ve been able to carve out an e-commerce niche in Tier 2/3/4 towns in Bharat. Our business growth is testimony to a singular focus on how we think of ‘product’ for our unique customers - ones that have barely shopped online, but are now able to because of Meesho. Fun fact: Nearly 7% of India’s households shop with us. 😉 We are driven by a ‘user-first’ mindset. We have a strong bias for action. Above all, our team is driven by impact, not features. We drive ‘problem discovery’ & delivery - not only obsess over “what to build”, but execute with rigour to create impact. But there’s more – we love to have fun as much as we love to work hard. From movie buffs to sportspersons, we have a super cool team. So, if a game of badminton after a day of brainstorming at work sounds like something you would love to do, then join us! About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager I who is passionate about solving high-impact problems in a fast-paced start-up environment with a high degree of autonomy. This is inherently a cross-functional leadership role where you will work closely with teams such as software engineering, UX design, category management, marketing, operations, finance, etc. to bring a new product to life. What you will do Analysis, customer interviews, user research, competition analysis and other qualitative/quantitative techniques. Problem Identification & Prioritization: Adopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved and break them down into smaller chunks. Harness the creativity of not just yourself but of other teams such as design, engineering., business, etc Be willing to
About Bolna Bolna is a YC-backed voice AI orchestration platform built for the Indian market—powering multilingual, vernacular voice agents across Hindi, Hinglish, Tamil, and 10+ languages at sub-500ms latency across collections, recruitment, sales, and e-commerce use cases. We are an orchestration layer, not a model company: our moat is outcome-labelled vernacular data, rigorous evaluation infrastructure, and a growing taxonomy of how Indian enterprise voice AI fails in production. Why This Role Exists Product decisions at Bolna increasingly hinge on rigorous, code-mixed-aware data analysis—and not just one kind. On one side, there is model and evaluation rigor: LLM benchmarking for post-call intelligence, ASR/WER evaluation, inter-rater reliability on human-labelled calls, and routing and latency economics. On the other, there is product and growth insight: understanding where self-serve users drop off in their journey, what patterns emerge across lakhs of monthly calls, and which use cases and configurations are actually working. Both currently sit with the Head of Product alongside strategy and roadmap ownership. We need a dedicated analyst to own the execution and recurring cadence across both-freeing product leadership to act on findings rather than produce them. What You’ll Do Model and Evaluation Analysis LLM and model benchmarking: Run structured comparisons across model providers such as Sarvam, DeepSeek, Gemini, and Claude variants for tasks including post-call extraction and LLM-as-judge scoring. Evaluate cost, accuracy, fill rate, and TTR, with particular attention to Hinglish and code-mixed content. Evaluation infrastructure: Build and maintain LLM-as-judge pipelines using tools such as DeepEval, design and track evaluation metrics, and run inter-rater reliability analysis such as Krippendorff’s alpha across human call reviewers. Golden dataset creation: Support the construction of golden datasets for ASR and transcript labelling, including flagging co

Within CGX, this role sits at the intersection of Growth and GTM. We own the product experience for sales-worked customers across every segment — onboarding, premium features, upsell and cross-sell, and offboarding — and the internal tooling that makes Plaid's own sales organization faster and more effective at every stage of a deal. We're focused on growing and retaining the accounts sales brings in, and on using AI to meaningfully change how sellers and their accounts get served, not just to speed up existing steps. As a Product Manager on Sales-Assisted Growth, you'll own the experience for customers who come to Plaid through our sales team — SDRs, AEs, AMs from onboarding through expansion and offboarding: how they get set up, which premium features they unlock, how they discover and adopt new products, and how they're communicated with along the way. You'll also own the internal tooling that removes manual work for sellers and gives them the right view of their accounts
