About the role For years, avatars have been something you watch. You write a script, we render a video, someone presses play. That model has taken AI video a long way but it has a ceiling. A video can't answer a question. It can't read the room. It can't role-play a tough conversation and adapt when you push back. We're changing that. Interactive Avatars listen, talk, and respond in real time; inside your product, your website, or your internal tools. You bring the logic and the language model; we power the avatar layer: the speech, the expression, the listening, the sense that there's someone actually there. It's early. Interactive Avatars is in closed beta today, and the teams building on it are pushing it into places we didn't expect - AI sales reps, always-on support agents, interactive trainers, onboarding guides. We're hiring a Product Manager to own it and take it from beta to a platform that thousands of developers build on. This is a role with real scope. You'll help define what a real-time avatar API should be, the surface developers integrate against, the experience end users feel, and the commercial model that makes it a business. You'll work directly with the engineering and research teams building

We’re looking for an Engineer to join the ML Platform team at Synthesia. Our team builds and operates the systems that allow researchers and product teams to train, serve, and deploy generative models reliably and efficiently . This includes research infrastructure, production serving systems, internal tooling, and the platform interfaces that connect them. A growing part of our mission is making these systems more automation-friendly and agent-oriented , so that workflows can increasingly be operated through reliable tooling rather than manual effort. We’re looking for a strong generalist with a systems mindset: someone who is comfortable working across infrastructure, backend systems, and tooling, and who has seen ML systems in practice. this is not a pure ML Engineer role. We’re especially interested in people who think deeply about reliability, scalability, performance, and resource efficiency in complex production environments. This is a hands-on IC role with significant ownership. You’ll help shape how our ML platform evolves as we scale the number of models, workloads, tools and teams relying on it. What you’ll do Design and improve the platform systems that support model training, evaluation, and product

This role sits on our AI Governance team, which builds and maintains two enterprise-grade components of Coder's AI governance stack. AI Gateway is a centralized LLM gateway that sits between coding agents and providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic, providing organizations with audit trails, token tracking, cost control, and centralized authentication. Agent Firewall wraps those agents with default-deny network policies, controlling which domains and methods they can reach inside workspaces. This team works across the full stack - from Go backend and React frontend to integrating with LLM provider APIs. Day to day, you'll be shipping features, hardening security boundaries, collaborating with enterprise customers on real-world policy needs, and contributing to Coder's open-source ecosystem. What you'll do here Design and build product features that push the standard for remote development in self-hosted environments Create and improve upon popular open source projects that integrate with VS Code, JetBrains, and other developer tools Champion best practices to both internal team members and external contributors Collaborate with Product and Design teams at Coder, as well as with partners like JetBrains, to execute key product integrations Document the design, implementation, and operations of systems for knowledge sharing within the team Work alongside Customer Success teams to support Coder’s enterprise user base Work with cutting-edge AI technologies to create seamless, painless developer experiences Rapidly iterate from prototype to implementation in a highly adaptive, reactive team environment What we're looking for 8+ years of full-stack experience writing code in a professional setting, with 1+ year(s) writing Go (ideally in current or most recent position) Proficiency in building distributed systems in Go Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excep
Senior Software Engineer - Analytics Compute Platform Team About the Role & Team Every chart, insight, and experiment result a customer sees in Amplitude passes through the compute layer that this team owns. Our team sits between Amplitude's front-end analytics products/ rest APIs/ MCPs and Nova, our proprietary analytics database, and owns the compute API that translates a user's question into a fast, correct answer. Our mandate: enable a highly performant, reliable, and flexible way to compute insights. Those three goals are often in tension the more flexible we make the system, the harder it is to keep it fast and simple, and a lot of the interesting engineering work on this team lives in that tradeoff. Day to day, you'll work closely with engineers on data management, marketing analytics, Session Replay, Experiment, CDP, Query, and various product teams, since they're all consumers of what we build. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will Design and build core parts of the query/compute engine that powers analysis across Amplitude's product suite Evolve the compute API and semantic layer that other engineering teams build features on top of, so that it can support a more generic table Help unify and evolve our core data model, including how non-event data (profile properties, lookup tables, etc.) is represented alongside event data Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of query planning and execution on the Amplitude query engine Partner with teams across Session Replay, Experiment, CDP, Query, and frontend to understand their needs and shape the compute layer around them Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from design through rollout You'll be a great addition to the team if you have Strong backend or distributed-systems engineering experience, ideally touching OLAP databases, query engines, or data infrastructure Experience with SQL, query planning/execution, or building APIs that many other engineering teams depend on Comfort reasoning
About The Role & Team The Developer Experience (DX) team at Amplitude builds and maintains the foundations that power how developers integrate, extend, and trust Amplitude across platforms. Our mission is to make Amplitude’s SDKs reliable, easy to adopt, and a joy to build on, so customers can confidently instrument their products and unlock insights at scale. We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer, iOS to play a key technical leadership role on our DevEx team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of Amplitude’s core iOS SDKs, including Analytics and Session Replay , and serve as the iOS platform expert that other SDK teams, such as Experiment, Guides, and Surveys rely on. As a Senior Engineer, you’ll operate with a wide scope and high impact: setting technical direction for the iOS platform, driving cross-SDK architecture, improving performance and reliability, and raising the bar for developer experience across Amplitude’s mobile ecosystem. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will: Lead the technical direction, architecture, and long-term evolution of Amplitude’s iOS SDK platform. Own and drive development of core iOS SDKs, including Analytics and Session Replay, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and ease of use. Act as the iOS platform expert and trusted partner for other SDK teams (Experiment, Guides & Surveys), enabling them to build on shared foundations safely and efficiently. Design and evolve shared infrastructure, APIs, and abstractions that scale across multiple iOS SDKs. Collaborate closely with Product, and Customer Support to ensure SDKs meet real customer needs. Lead cross-team technical discussions, reviews, and architectural decisions that span multiple SDKs. Improve developer experience through better APIs, documentation, tooling, testing strategies, and sample apps. You'll be a great addition to the team if you have: A strong focus on developer experience and empathy for the engineers who use your work
About The Role & Team Amplitude is the leading AI analytics platform, and our ability to deliver measurable customer outcomes quickly is a key part of how we keep that lead. The Customer FDE (Forward Deployed Engineering) team sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success — owning the technical delivery that takes validated products from co-development and implements them across enterprise customers. As a Customer Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise customer implementations, from sales engagement through post-deployment validation. You'll work directly in Amplitude's product codebase, submitting PRs, shipping customer-specific solutions, and building reusable patterns that make every successive engagement faster. This is not a traditional support or solutions role. Customer FDEs are engineers first who partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to turn customer needs into working software. The right person thrives in ambiguity, learns new domains quickly, and cares as much about the customer's outcome as about technical elegance. As a Customer Forward Deployed Engineer, you will: Own enterprise implementations end-to-end — engage during sales to map customer needs to capabilities, scope implementation plans, and deliver through post-deployment validation with measurable customer outcomes Work directly in the product codebase — submit PRs, test, and ship customer-specific solutions without requiring constant oversight; over time, the gap between "what we built" and "what the customer needs" keeps shrinking because you're the one closing it Ship early, ship often, and gather feedback — treat every customer interaction as an opportunity to validate your approach and course-correct quickly Build reusable patterns and playbooks — when you solve something once, make sure the next person doesn't have to solve it again; identify and document implementation patterns that
