They help customers move fast, stay unblocked, and get to production with confidence. This is a high-leverage role at the intersection of customers, product, and engineering. You’ll work closely with Account Management, Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), Product Engineering to make sure customers are set up to succeed and that technical issues get resolved quickly and clearly.
