United States – Remote Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust LTS is seeking a Senior Front-End Agentic AI Engineer to own the experience layer of an AI platform built for one of the most consequential legacy systems still running in production today. Our platform enables engineers to ask questions in plain English and receive explainable, verifiable answers traced directly back to the exact lines of source code. Rather than replacing engineers, we're building AI that helps them understand decades of complex software faster, with complete transparency and confidence. We're building an AI-native engineering platform supporting the modernization of mission-critical healthcare systems serving millions of Veterans nationwide. Every response generated by the platform must be explainable, traceable, and trustworthy. The front end is where that trust is earned. The platform is designed for deployment across federal enterprise environments and is being engineered to align with FedRAMP security controls, Zero Trust principles, and federal compliance requirements. When an engineer asks a question about a decades-old codebase, your interface determines whether they trust the answer or close the tab. You'll own that experience from end to end. The product has executive sponsorship, committed users, a clearly defined mission, and a customer who knows exactly what success looks like. Our engineering team is intentionally small. Every engineer has significant ownership, meaningful influence over product direction, and the opportunity to help define how engineers interact with AI. We don't simply build AI-powered software—we build software with AI. This is not another chatbot. Using AI agents, LLMs, parallel workflows, and model-assisted development is simply how we engineer. What You’ll Do: Own the end-to-end front-end experience for an enterprise-scale Agentic AI platform. Design intuitive interfaces that transform complex AI reasoning into experiences engineers

About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role Supabase's Partnerships function is scaling fast - spanning Technology Partners, Solution Partners, Startups, and Cloud Partnerships. You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and sit alongside our regional and functional leads as a peer, with the mandate to build and enforce operational rigor across all teams. Beyond the infrastructure, we want someone who helps shape where Partnerships places its bets - not just the system that reports on them. What You'll Own Systems & Data Infrastructure Own the partner tech stack end-to-end - CRM partner objects, attribution tooling, and partner-facing portals. Design and maintain partner attribution models and the dashboards leadership uses to evaluate performance. About the Program The Human Frontier Collective (HFC) brings researchers and scientists together to tackle consequential problems in AI. In partnership with Scale Labs, we are building a small cohort of researchers to work on the empirical foundations of AI safety. That work includes finding where models fail, checking whether safety controls hold up under pressure in realistic settings, and studying how AI agents (mis-)behave over long-horizon tasks. Scholars take open research questions like these and turn them into work that improves how frontier AI systems are evaluated and safeguarded. Each scholar owns a substantial part of a safety research project. You'll work alongside a mentor from the research question through the experiments to deciding what to test next. Research Areas Mentors will guide Research Scholars on projects in selected AI safety research areas in select AI safety research areas, such as: AI control and chain-of-thought monitoring: Developing techniques to oversee and constrain AIs, including detecting harmful intent or deception. Alignment auditing and evaluations: Building scalable methods to test whether models have hidden goals, misaligned behaviors or unsafe tendencies. Multi-agent safety: Studying the risks that emerge when multiple agents interact, such as collusion, coordinated failures, or unexpected collective behavior. Recursive Self-Improvement (RSI) safety: Investigating how to keep AI systems safe and aligned as AIs increasingly contribute to their own development. Science of Evaluations: examining when and how models recognize they're being tested, and how situational awareness affects the reliability/validity of evaluations. Misuse risks and evaluations: Developing methods to assess how AI systems could be exploited by malicious actors, including evaluating their potential to enable harmful activities. Projects are matched to demonstrated expertise; we don’t expect any candidate to cover every area. Representative Research ASPI
