We are hiring a Security Software Engineer to design and implement the hardware-backed security foundations used across OpenAI’s device ecosystem. A central focus of this role is hardening the boundary between our policy systems and the HSMs that protect sensitive cryptographic keys. This boundary determines which operations may be performed, what may be signed, which policies must be satisfied, and how changes to trusted software and policy are authorized. You will develop security-critical software and firmware within, or immediately adjacent to, an HSM trust boundary. Depending on your background, this may include HSM trusted applications, firmware services, cryptographic mechanisms, device drivers, PKCS#11 components, secure-provisioning protocols, or signing-policy enforcement systems. This is a hands-on software-engineering role. You will be expected to design systems, write and review production code, debug across hardware and software boundaries, and carry projects from initial requirements through deployment. It is not an HSM administration, PKI operations, compliance, or architecture-only position. In This Role, You Will Design and implement security-critical software and firmware for HSMs, secure elements, trusted execution environments, and hardware roots of trust. Build and harden the policy-to-HSM boundary responsible for authorizing certificate issuance and cryptographic signing operations. Develop HSM trusted applications, firmware components, host interfaces, device drivers, SDKs, or cryptographic service integrations. Implement or extend cryptographic interfaces such as PKCS#11, OpenSSL providers or engines, platform key-storage APIs, or comparable hardware-security interfaces. Build firmware and software that cryptographically enforces key generation, provisioning, usage, rotation, recovery, and destruction policies. Design and implement HSM-backed certificate authority, code-signing, key-management, and device-identity systems. Develop end-to-end

The Role MongoDB is building two connected capabilities that determine how we protect and grow our most important customer relationships: a Critical Accounts program that catches at-risk accounts early and drives them to a durable resolution, and a Customer Health Platform, an AI-powered one-stop shop for customer insights, combining health, adoption, engagement, and experience data with proactive risk identification and recommended actions. This role owns both. You will build and lead the Critical Accounts function end to end: the framework, the global operating model, and the executive reporting that gives leadership real-time visibility into the portfolio. You will also set the long-term vision and strategy for the Customer Health Platform: what it scores and alerts on, which teams and use cases it serves next, and how it becomes the one-stop shop for customer insight across the company. You will be accountable for how MongoDB identifies, intervenes on, and learns from customer risk, and for where the Customer Health platform goes next. This is a build role. You are creating the operating rhythm, the standards, and the team structure as much as you are running them. This role can be based out of our US offices or remotely in the United States. What You Will Do Own and Build the Critical Accounts Program Design and iterate on the global Critical Accounts framework: entry/exit criteria, account archetypes, playbooks, health assessment templates, and Get Well Plan standards. Design the central Critical Accounts org structure and hire a lean program management team, establishing this as a durable, well-resourced function within Customer Strategy. This team is the connective tissue that ensures every qualifying account is triaged, resourced, tracked, and ultimately graduated with documented outcomes. Own intake and triage standards so every qualifying nomination is validated, classified, and assigned a process lead and resource plan without delay. Design the pat

Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the team To advance Stripe’s important mission, we are building a world class Internal Audit (IA) team. Our purpose is to strengthen the organization’s ability to create, protect, and sustain value by providing the board and management with independent, risk-based, and objective assurance, advice, insight, and foresight. We are consumed with the goal of moving as fast as the business, being powered by technology, and increasing the maturity of Stripe’s controls where it matters the most. Our IA team is responsible for providing objective assurance on the design and operational effectiveness of Stripe’s internal controls and business processes, its compliance with laws and regulations, its risk management framework, and other governance processes. Currently Stripe IA supports various APAC licenced entities including Singapore, India, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Japan. We’re looking for a candidate with deep finance, operations and regulatory compliance audit experience who will help us build and scale a global audit program and its relevance in the region. What you’ll do As a member of the APAC IA team you will support our audit landscape in one of the most dynamic sectors of FinTech. About the Team At OpenAI, our User Safety & Risk Operations (USRO) team helps protect our products and users from abuse, fraud, safety risks, and other forms of misuse. We operate at the front line of real-world safety and risk management, translating user and operational signals into timely decisions, effective interventions, and improvements to our systems. This role sits on a new team within USRO focused on building operational capacity for new, ambiguous, or fast-moving areas of work. The team helps define what needs to be built, creates the operating model to support it, and works with partner teams to make the work scalable and durable over time. As a Strategic Operations Lead, you will focus on large, cross-functional initiatives that require clear thinking, technical fluency, strong execution, and the ability to bring structure to undefined problems. About the Role We are seeking a Strategic Operations Lead to drive new and existing strategic operating builds across User Safety & Risk Operations. This is a senior IC role for someone who can turn broad, undefined priorities into clear operating models, launch plans, requirements, stakeholder alignment, documentation, reporting, and execution rhythms. This role will often support initiatives where OpenAI is developing new products or partnerships and the operating model is still being defined. These programs have a direct user safety and risk nexus because new deployment models can change what signals OpenAI can see, who owns response decisions, and how user-impacting risks are detected, escalated, and resolved. You will clarify what OpenAI owns, what partner teams own, what signals we can reliably monitor, how issues should be escalated, and how the workflow should evolve from launch support into a durable operating model. The right person is highly strategic and deeply practical. They can move from executive-level framing to detailed workflow design, stakeholder management, SOPs, launch readiness, ri
