Role Description DocSend is expanding from a virtual data room solution into a deal execution platform. We’re seeking a Product Manager to help shape the next phase of DocSend’s growth. As a Product Manager on DocSend, you’ll own a broad set of customer experiences spanning from foundational workflows, like onboarding and content management, to our largest strategic initiatives, like AI-powered document analysis and multi-product integration. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross-functional partners to understand customer needs, set priorities, make product tradeoffs, and turn opportunities into high-quality experiences. Drive foundational improvements across experiences, balancing near-term customer needs with the long-term quality and health of the product. Identify and develop strategic opportunities across Dropbox and DocSend, including multi-product experiences. Develop a deep understanding of DocSend customers through research, product data, feedback, and direct customer context, translating insights into clear product decisions and priorities. Partner closely with Engineering and Design to define problems, evaluate options and tradeoffs, maintain a high quality bar, and guide cross-functional execution.
