A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role As a technical writer and editor, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers succeed by creating, maintaining, and improving documentation that supports users of Palantir’s products. At Palantir, we view documentation as a key part of product development. Working at the intersection of users and Palantir’s products, you will develop an understanding of user needs and help them get the most out of our software. You’ll be a thought partner with our product development teams, combining your communication skills with empathy for users and product knowledge. Your work will primarily be on written documentation, but may also include interactive tutorials, recorded demonstrations, or other communication channels. Teams and individuals at Palantir operate with a high degree of autonomy and independence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting priorities for your work, deciding where to allocate your time based on an assessment of stakeholder and organizational needs. You should be comfortable thinking about the “big picture” narrative and structure of our documentation, as well as diving into the details. On any given day, you might find yourself editing a guide drafted by a developer, writing a new tutorial for a critical workflow, or identifying an area that needs improvement and partnering with a team to make the fix. You will also gain exposure to the technical infrastructure for composing and distributing platform documentation.

By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role As a Deployment Strategist Intern, you'll work as part of a diverse, generative, and creative team of Engineers, Product Designers, and other Deployment Strategists to deploy software against the most important problems our world faces. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the problem is, what the data means, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be. The problems you'll solve will require a curious and analytical mindset, a sharp intuition for product, an ability to speak the language of data, and an understanding that humans should make decisions. At its core, this role is about uncovering dots and—without knowing the shape they form—figuring out how to connect them. Our customers come to us with a hunch that the only way to protect their troops, manufacture high-quality products, structure effective healthcare policies, or deliver aid to refugees safely is to make better use of their data. Deployment Strategists are responsible for turning that hunch into reality. Deployment Strategists are do-ers who thrive in ambiguity, react quickly to new stimuli, and don't equate pivoting with failing as they operate in pursuit of truth, value, and meaningful impact. In this internship, you'll immerse yourself in intricate customer workflows, explore data using quantitative analytics across large datasets, and dive into the product landscape. If you believe in the transformational power of data and technology and in your own ability to bring that power to bear against complex problems, we want to meet you. No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist

A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role Are you excited about building world class platforms that power mission critical software at a huge scale? Apollo enables autonomous management and continuous deployment of software, wherever it is. We’re taking SAAS to where SAAS has not gone before: from on-premise, to various cloud providers, to disconnected environments (air-gapped), to strict accreditation frameworks including IL-5 and FedRAMP, and to the edge. You can read more about the problem Apollo was built to solve on our blog or watch our Apollo demo day. As a Software Engineer on the Apollo platform you will build software at scale to transform how organisations around the world deploy software. You will be responsible for mission critical software powering deployment of software for both Palantir and its customers in the commercial and government space. You have a curious mind, high bar for engineering quality and ability to work in a dynamic environment where the best idea wins. Apollo Software Engineers are involved throughout the product lifecycle. From idea generation, to design and prototyping, to execution, and shipping. As a Software Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with technical and non-technical counterparts to understand our customers' problems and build products that solve them. Please note that this posting is open to all levels of experience.
