ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Retail Search Buyer Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across retail media platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Walmart Connect, Roundel Media Studio and Amazon Ads sponsored product and sponsored brand advertising, along with deep knowledge of keyword strategy, campaign pacing, and reporting. A Skai Certification is required, demonstrating advanced skills in retail search management and optimization. RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Planning & Activation Develop retail media and growth plans tied to client goals and category trends. Build media and operational tactics based on those plans, launching campaigns across Walmart, Target, and Amazon. Campaign Execution & Optimization Lead hands-on campaign management: daily budget pacing, keyword bidding, placement adjustments, and bid-strategy refinements. Use consumer behaviour data and top-of-search tactics to refine paid search strategies. Reporting & Insights Delivery Deliver regular performance reporting—monthly, quarterly, and mid-year—highlighting key business trends and category influences.
