What You'll Do: Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and other Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Business Systems, Sales Systems, and Analytics to drive data and automation initiatives. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that monitor financial and operational performance and support evolving business priorities. Automate recurring finance processes and enhance data workflows using AI tools, data visualization platforms, and custom solutions. Support financial system implementations and upgrades through data migration, mapping, reporting integration, testing, and validation activities. Deliver analytical insights and maintain documentation that enables self-service reporting and informed decision-making across Finance.
