ATRIBUIÇÕES Receber, analisar e reportar às áreas responsáveis o status dos contratos recebidos; Verificar e corrigir e/ou reportar às áreas responsáveis questões relacionadas a tributos e impostos, condições de entrega e pagamento, especificação técnica dos materiais e demais condições contratuais; Acompanhar, analisar e apresentar relatório mensal com a situação dos contratos (histórico de ocorrências, consumo, saldo, áreas atendidas, desempenho do fornecedor, pleitos); Realizar tempestivamente as alterações contratuais que se fizerem necessárias, tais como: atualização de PPU, reajustes de preços, recomposição de saldo, aditivos de prazo, aditivos de valor e/ou outros aditivos que se fizerem necessários, tanto em documentos, relatórios e planilhas quanto no SAP e demais sistemas; Conferir e aprovar as atividades para as quais definir dupla ou tripla checagem, tais como: reajuste de preços, aditivos e outros; Receber, analisar e controlar solicitações e pleitos, bem como levantar histórico e documentos/evidências; executar as ações necessárias para atendimento à solicitação e/ou pleito e minutar respostas para validação e posterior envio aos fornecedores e/ou áreas demandantes, tais
