ABOUT THE ROLE Peloton is seeking a Senior User Researcher with a strong foundation in hardware research to support the innovation, iteration, and optimization of our Bike, Tread, and Row products, as well as the development of future Peloton products and experiences. While hardware will be the primary focus of this role, this researcher will also bring experience in software and digital experiences - helping us understand how the physical and digital come together to shape the holistic Peloton Member journey. This Senior User Researcher will work directly with Product Managers, Industrial Designers, Mechanical Engineers, Field Testing Program Managers, Data Scientists, and Product Designers, and will report to the Director, User Research.
