About the Role Verkada is looking for a Customer Operations & Logistics Coordinator to own our order lifecycle from purchase order to dispatch. You'll process and validate customer orders, act as the main point of contact for customer questions about their orders, manage returns, and support our logistics team to keep shipments on schedule.
