We're looking for a Senior Manager, Business Performance to be the business driver behind our scheduling product's growth story. This is a role for a strategic thinker with enough technical and data fluency to be self-sufficient. You'll define what should be measured, and shape the KPIs that reflect real business health. You'll work across finance, product, marketing, and data and insights to get the story in shape. You won't be working in raw data tables, but you will be the primary voice driving our analytics and data engineering teams to build what the business actually needs to answer its most important questions. This role reports to the Senior Group Product Manager of Acuity Scheduling and is based at our New York City headquarters or remote. You'll Get To... Define what good looks like. Own the KPI and metrics framework for Acuity, working across functions to determine which measures actually reflect business health and customer outcomes. Identify the segments and signals that matter, and drive the work to make them trackable. Own the business narrative. Be the authoritative voice on how Acuity is performing, across subscriber trends, revenue dynamics, and cohort behavior. Go beyond summarizing dashboards to explain what changed, why it matters, and what leadership should do about it. Drive decision-making at the leadership level. Produce the analyses and frameworks that inform weekly business reviews, QBR presentations, and monthly deep-dives for senior and executive stakeholders, working cross-functionally to bring together multiple dimensions into a set of recommendations.
