Key Responsibilities Shall include but not limited to - 1. Allocation of tickets to the team members on agreed timelines. 2. Ensure closure of tickets within the time frame. 3. Follow-up with concerned Nodal Officers for getting the reports / MIS signed off & ensure closure. 18. Ensuring key KPIs of all resources are linked to SLA so that targets are met. 19. Scheduling and implementing the yearly PPM Calendar for all equipment. 20.
