Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. Location: Europe remote or London hybrid The role: We're looking for a Principal Product Designer (L7) to lead design across Synthesia's most complex and high-impact product surfaces. This is a senior IC role - you won't be managing a team, but you'll be operating at the highest level of individual craft and strategic influence, shaping direction across product domains and setting the standard for what great design looks like at Synthesia. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, systems thinking, and exceptional craft. You'll define design direction for large, ambiguous problem spaces, anticipate risks before they become blockers, and reframe problems in ways that unlock better outcomes for customers, product teams, and the business. We're building a video platform for everyone - not a specialist tool - and we see a future where Synthesia sits alongside word processors, presentation software, and spreadsheets as a daily staple. Getting there requires design leadership that goes beyond execution: someone who helps the company make the right bets, raises the craft bar across the whole team, and builds the conditions for great design to thrive at scale. Location: Europe remote or London hybrid About the role: As our engineering and research organisation grows, so does the complexity of securing it. Our Application Security team is at the forefront of that challenge — building AI-native security tooling, embedding security into the development lifecycle at scale, and finding ways to make a small, highly capable team punch well above its weight. We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow the AppSec team. This is not a coordination role. You'll be leading a team of exceptionally senior and staff-level engineers who are deeply self-directed and technically excellent. To earn their trust and enable their best work, you'll need to be genuinely close to the craft — able to engage at depth on threat modelling, agentic security tooling, SDLC design, and application risk. You'll also own AppSec strategy and be accountable for how the function scales alongside a product organisation that is growing fast and leaning heavily into AI-assisted development. Important note: Anyone working as a manager within the Infosec team will need to follow the Infosec Team Management Tenets . Today over 60,000 businesses rely on our platform, and the next leap in what we can offer them depends on models that combine text, audio, and video into a single real-time interactive experience. As a Staff Research Engineer, you'll join the Voice team within our 40+ person R&D department, but your scope will extend well beyond voice. You'll help define and drive that broader vision across teams, proposing ambitious research directions and taking direct ownership of the design and implementation of its most critical components. You'll work directly with our voice lead and collaborate tightly with our video teams and other senior members of the org. Concretely, you'll work on voice to voice models that produce text and voice simultaneously. Models that can reason, interrupt the user with back channeling and talk. Models that feel like you are having a natural conversation with, without the feeling of turn taking that is dominant in current speech to speech models. Your role would be

About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We give teams a complete backend out of the box: Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search, all built on Postgres and designed to grow with the products people build on us. We're open source, remote-first, and async by default. We move fast, we ship in public, and we care a lot about doing right by the developers who trust us. About the role Our events program is how a lot of developers and teams meet Supabase for the first time, whether that's a packed booth at a major trade show, an event with one of our partners, or a dinner with a room full of target accounts. We're looking for a Field Marketing & Events Manager to own and grow that program. The role centers on two areas: Partner events and trade shows. The events that put Supabase in front of the wider market and our partner network. You'll own these end to end, with the goal of building awareness with the audiences that matter to us, getting our team face-to-face with customers, prospects, and partners, and turning that into leads, signups, and real opportunities. They're also where we strengthen the partnerships we have, build new ones, and establish Supabase as a credible voice in the industry. Strategic business events. High-touch events you'll run with Sales, like executive dinners and small-format gatherings built around specific accounts. These sit further down the funnel: the point is to get in the room with target accounts, influence and accelerate pipeline, and open up the expansion opportunities and strategic relationships that help close and grow deals. One thing to know going in: this is a newly formed team, and we're still figuring out how it all works. You'll help define the playbook, not inherit one. That means real influence over how we run events, and it means staying flexible as priorities shift and we learn what works. You'll work with a small, senior marketing tea
